Very unprofessional service, one of my good friends went to switch tags ECT the service was terrible I will not recommend this business. Save your money and go somewhere else in town .

Unprofessional business definitely wouldnt recommend there are alot of other places with better service. My first time going and the vibe was just full of negativity definitely would never go back at all.

The staff is nice, but they have no idea what they do. I went to do my taxes in March with all my documents, they told me that I had to pay $ 75, with which I agreed. I last more than 1hr doing it, then he tells me that they will return 4,600. When he gives me the documents I see that they will give me 4,800. I ask him why that difference and he tells me that the program charges so much and I charge so much and blah blah blah. In the end I accepted and left annoying. I called him repeatedly to tell me when my money would come, he never knew and he was always busy. I got a letter from the IRS saying that I was missing documents, and they were charging me 355 dollars. I called him and showed interest. In the end they deposited me $ 3,500. Thanks to the incompetence of that young man and my ignorance for going to that place. I do not recommend it to my worst enemy. By the way, something similar happened to my partner for not listening.
