Earned 1 star for being open during off hours. Earned one star for being friendly in these trying times. Lost the other 3 because of the way they have handled the transaction after the fact.I bought a motorcycle near hazleton and we chose to do the title paperwork there. They couldnt do the registration because they had no license plates. No problem, because they said once they process it online the following morning I can fit a plate at any notary closer to home (about 100 miles from them). I call several days after and get told I will call you back the computers are being used. A week goes by, no call again. I call get told i have to figure out what happened I will call you right back another week has gone by with no answers. I cant get a license plate to drive the vehicle I bought because they havent done their jobs correctly from the beginning and havent even been able to tell me why. Very sad because I was hopeful.Edit: dropped the second star back off. Almost 2 months later I get all of my paperwork back from PENNDOT saying it wasnt filled out correctly and has to be resubmitted. Great work guys thanks for all your help in solving this issues.

One of my favorite things about After Hours Notary are the hours they offer (its even in the name). Open until 9 pm, and if you schedule an appointment, you can even get later, if you must. When you work 9-5 its extremely hard to be able to take advantage of many services out there, and After Hours Notary hits it right on the mark.Very reliable, fantastic customer service, and I would recommend them to anyone in the Greater Hazleton and surrounding areas!

Ive used After Hours a few times now. The staff is professional and courteous. As the name implies, you can even schedule an appointment after 5 which is very helpful when working full time.

If i could give negative stars i would. This place charged us for a plate and registration, then never sent our info to penndot so we drove for an entire year with no registration and a plate that they still owned. Reached out to them to solve this problem and get my money back and some woman who answere my 1st call hung up on me. Needless to say this rubbed me the wrong way, I called again, left a message with someone for the owner to call me back and solve this issue or i will be contacting the attorney general, still no response. This place is a joke and cant even own up to a mistake or even attempt to correct it for a paying customer they just robbed. I guess the owner would rather hold onto my money and risk calling me on a bluff. Sad thing for this notary and its employees is that I am not bluffing.
