I had a mug cracked and they replaced it no questions asked and they made sure it was ready when I picked up my other order that day. They’re interactive on social media and superb in all they do! Honestly dont know what I would do without Coastal! Customer service by phone has always been on point. The gentleman who manages my local warehouse in STL is terrific, always willing to go above and beyond and actually listens when you have a problem, addressing the issue promptly and professionally. They consistently offer deals and discounts as well. Love this company!

The minimum order price required to be able to pickup your items it total b.s. I live 5 minutes from the warehouse but have to spend over 45 to be able to pickup my stuff. Great way to lose all of your local customers! Coastal was nice at first because of location but the great customer service and small shop feel of RJ supply is well worth the extra 25 minutes of drive time. Never again will I use coastal.
