Jackie came to the jail and led me through what was a harrowing experience for me. I had to do nothing. She took care of everything. Definitely would recommend to all.

A family friend had a low bond that his family couldnt afford. the other place i called never called me back. This gentleman answered and within an hour had met me at county to post his bond.Very professional, very efficient and amazing customer service. Bob met with a attitude, snapped all morning at me because I asked questions. Did disrespectful hand jesters in my face saying I was mad at him and I wasn’t. Does not contact you when meeting up to confirm he is there. Will never refer him to anyone. Approach was very harsh and I had to say his name instead of introducing himself to me even on the phone he was rude. I get as if he was very racists with the tone he is a very aggressive person. I have met other bond man who really show they enjoy their job but I am kind of glad that I didn’t use him because of the way his approach and respect level for black people. I really hope the company will look into this and know that being professional is more important when working with any company. I apologize that I didn’t have a good review for this company and maybe my business was not worth being handled with this company and someone else stepped in and told a more of a professional approach.

I never do reviews, ever, but I had to share.Bob was so professional. I had a ton of questions about the process and he was patient, thorough, and honest. Just what my family needed. I called four other places, and they all sounded like they were laying on their couch at home. Bob was ready to work when we called at night! This place is second to none.

They are the best bonds out there! I called late at night and they werent able to get the person out that night... He called first thing in the morning ready to roll!
