On this day Lift was horrible obtaining service pick up from 8 Mile Rd. & Schaefer Rd. Hazel Park Cab saved the day. No more than a 15 min. wait, driver is in an unmarked car, but he was pleasant. They told me a driver would pick me up from the hospital in 15 minutes after an hour I called, no answer then they hung up while I was talking the second time. Driver never came

Lots of confusion getting the driver to my house at the proper time.

I use this company for two days with no problems the third day I call for a taxi cab for my Husband to get to work we called at 1 o’clock he said that he needed 50 minutes that would fine At 2 o’clock we called again he said couple minutes the driver just drop somebody off you’ll be there soon at 2:45 we called again two minutes I’ll be right there it is now 3:38 and the Taxi still has not come to pick up my husband I have found another way for him to get to work very poor business and I don’t think I will be using this company ever again and every chance I get I will give them a poor review

Terrible pricing and rates. Nearly $20 to take my son a HALF MILE to school when he injured his foot and couldnt walk there, even when requested with plenty of notice. Totally ridiculous.
