My friends rented out this place for a baby shower. When they got to the venue the floor were dirty with spiderwebs in the corners. The wall had dark marks all around. None of the bathrooms had seat covers, toilet paper, and soap. On the sealing there still were 21 birthday balloons from the previous week deflating. During the celebration the landlady appeared and begun eating the food for the party. When it was time to leave she complained that the hall had to be spotless and mopped if we wanted our deposit back. In the contract it was never stated that we had to mopped the floor plus as mention before the place had been dirty when we got it. When shown the contract she continue to say that we needed to mop. We ended up mopping giving up the argument but it is for sure that we will never come back to this venue.
