These guys are like all the other big truck repair places, no REAL mechanics. They just throw parts at a problem, can’t or won’t diagnose anything. A simple airline cost me $6000.and 3 days of work. The people are very nice. They just need to do a lot better

Over priced labor cost me $200 just for a computer diagnostic to check an engine light then they tell me they can’t fix it until 6days later!! Horrible service I took my truck to Murphy mini storage in great bend KS he took good care of me highly recommend them don’t waste your time with this dealer go to Murphys

Covid rules caused me to walk from far corner of parking lot, management rules caused me to park far north corner, once waiting for parts, told needed last 5 of vin to look up the part I had in my hand, so part...model...year ..not enough I was told to walk back to my truck . Was not impressed with their knowledge, 579 Petes have a headlight issue, headlights continually burn out, this much history in last 5 years...having spent 20 minutes, 2 trips in to find out the entire headlight assembly has to be replaced to replace the blinker i popped out in seonds.. 😥

If you need service done on your truck. Bring it to Hays. These guys are awesome. They stayed late to make sure our truck got done. You know it’s a good shop when the service manager is turning wrenches after hours. They keep you apprised of what is going on with the work. Great place.

Service manager told us they would warranty there work did a ac total work up in September compressor locked up in February was told they would cover parts and labor if we took it to a peterbilt shop so we did bill ended up being $4000 cause no one ever cleaned out the system and everything was clogged up now hays peterbilt will not stand by the word and ain’t paying one cent so I’m stuck with the total bill on a spare truck not one I work on a daily basis and if I knew I was going to be the one footing the bill since it’s a spare truck it could have waited and been done in Mt local shop at $72 hr labor not $125 hr labor and like I said this is a spare truck thank you but no thank you

4:30 on Friday evening parking lot has 4 customers in it and they are locked up nobody’s around guess they just work whenever they want to here I won’t waste my time doing business with this place again hours on door are from 8-5:30 Monday -Friday

Hours online to say that they are open on Saturday and they are not I had to find out the hard way by going to an empty deserted place and that is this big issues considering my situation and me waiting near by overnight
