They were able to fix my 70 TV without cracking the screen (there was no replacement if so). They kept a person up to date on whats happening. Would highly recommend them if you need an electronic fixed. 👍

Jerry, you hit a home run on this one. The 40 year old Pioneer receiver that I sent you for repair now works like it did when it was brand new. The few extra dollars I spent on restoring in lieu of repairing was well worth the cost. It seems evident now that I (or someone else in my family) may just get another 40 years of quality sound from the like new unit. Thanks very much for the quality of service you provided me.

Had them do some work on a server battery backup and were very quick about it. Jerry kept in touch the entire time and was extremely friendly. Prices were VERY reasonable. Will use again.

Had two gentleman by the name of Gerrick and Paul out to fix my TV. Outstanding customer service and professionalism! They came in and treated my house like it was their own or better. They took the time to figure out what was wrong asked a few questions and 5 minutes later they had my tv fixed and was cleaning up. I highly recommend these guys and this company.

Hands down the most painless experience Ive ever had with electronic professionals. They didnt talk down to me for asking questions. Im sure its annoying for anyone in this industry to have to answer stupid questions, but these guys hung in there. Their customer service can not be touched.

They picked up my TV with agreement to repair it for $125.00. I paid $50.00 in advance. Week later, they called and asked for $50.00 more. After paying this, week later they asked for $50.00 more. After I refused, they kept $100.00 and the TV. Very bad experience not worth going to Court.

We’re supposed to come repair TV between 8 AM and 12 PM no-show no call don’t answer their phones this place is worthless
