I was fortunate enough to have Sid help me cope through a 6 year ongoing divorce where to maintain 50/50 shared custody I have had to disprove twisted truths and preponderance of evidence my former spouse was relentless at throwing at me for custody of our children over and over and over again. Because time with my children was at stake, this therapy I engaged in was much needed for the inflicted trauma that not only I was experiencing, but having to watch my children experience our on and off contact denial at no fault of our own. Sid was very empathetic and caring.
When it comes to helping people with their medications, Im afraid this place falls short!!!.Now I was taking a med where if you are instantly kicked off this medication it will cause seizures!!!.Well that is exactly what happened!!!.I feel like taking them to court!!!.Just because me, or anyone asks for their medications early!! They should have said no early refills!.Not just cold Turkey Them!!! How stupid can one be!!!?.Watch out on exactly how you behave in front of these so called professionals!!!, It could cost you your own life!!!.
My review for Dr. Crista M. Geyer:When I began my mental health journey 2 years ago, I felt helpless, hopeless, and broken beyond repair. After nearly 2 years of underwhelming progress, I had the most profound experience with a mental health professional I will ever have.In February 2020, I arrived at Dr. Cristas office with the misconception that I had my mental health all figured out. Without telling me youre wrong, she was able to clarify the hallmarks of my mental illnesses, identify my personal strengths, and encouraged me to believe in myself. I feel inspired and worthwhile after our sessions together. She has given me all of the tools I need to stop catastrophizing and criticizing my very human issues. Sharing and conversating with Dr. Geyer is like sharing an intimate moment with a trusted friend. Additionally, she maintains healthy boundaries which makes her treatment style incredibly effective! I appreciate her wisdom, awareness, professionalism, empathy, and personality. Whenever I thank her for her guidance, she always replies, you put in the work, Greg!True. However, without her guidance, I might have waited a lifetime to gain the clarity I now have. I will forever be encouraged by her teachings. Thank you for giving me my life back Dr. Crista Geyer.
Well I had an appointment for therapy on the 4th, but thanks to the wonderful talent of the workers here it just got lost. Gee, thanks, its not like I have to schedule these a month in advance or anything.
They dont have enough staff, they dont pay good so really good people dont stay long. The people that are there are very political. If you stand up for yourself and disagree with something, your service and their attitude will change toward you. I was given a retaliatory diagnosis that is meant to harm me and to deny me of correct services.A high ranking employee there is leadership of a fanatical church in the area. When I didnt want to attend this church anymore, Carl Graf, a senior counselor there, went on a mission to punish me. I havent had respectful or professional service there. One of the counselors is a cops wife. She is definitely not conducting herself as a confidential private counselor. She got him on the phone in her office and he insulted and bullied me. Completely unprofessional and a violation of HIPA.Hpmh has no emergency services after hours. They have a reciprocal relationship with the hospital in Learned and will try to stick you in there after they didnt take good care of you in the first place. They need to hire more diverse people. In an important field serving so many counties they are stretched too thin with the same type of people counseling with very limited life experiences. Not everyone who lives here is the same and they dont care about their clients. Its just a way to make money off your misery. There is no incentive for you to get better. They will look down on you and act like they are somehow a better person than you are. I have always experienced sarcasm and arrogance when interacting with Dr. Romerain, who has ADHD himself. Ill add hypocrite and bully to that description.Satellite offices, like in Colby are dirty and unwelcoming, especially for children.I ask you, if they get Grants from the state( they just got one), our insurance money, they have an 11 million $ budget, dont you think the services could be alot better?
Top notch. They seem to genuinely care. I have been many other places and HPM staff from top to bottom are on their game.
They are a great place to get help. Nice people. Clean place. Private and personal.
First when u check in, Janelle is the BEST receptionist of all time, shes so nice n funny. She deserves a raise! Then u have Christa Geyer, the most amazing therapist ive ever had. Shes so great n caring, n always tries to help. Then theres Rebecca funny and caring as well. She listens and actually tries to help wit trial n error until something actually wrks. These 3 woman r the only reason I continue to go bk. Thank u all so much for everything u do. Keep up the amazing work.
