My son and I have been to several dentist in the past and we have never had an experience like we do every single time we are at Lifetime Dental. We have seen several staff throughout our time being patients that I cannot even begin to acknowledge each of you… Dr. Lowe you have amazing team from start to finish! You and your staff are so friendly and knowledgeable but even more importantly so very caring! I had my first ever dental visit at Lifetime Dental Care and I couldnt be happier about choosing them. I was obviously a little nervous about my visit being it was my first time, but the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and made it an easy experience. They make sure to inform you about everything that they are doing, what needs to be done and also make sure you know what all your treatment options are. I will be recommending them to anyone that is looking for a provider or wanting to make a change to someone new. As crazy as it sounds, I am actually looking forward to going back for my next visit.

Wow - what a great experience here at Lifetime Dental Care! My husband and I recently moved back to the Hays area and both came in for cleanings. We both had Jessica as our dental hygienist and she was GREAT. Not only was she super friendly, she was also very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing and gave us recommendations. Both of our dentists were great as well, super friendly. The two ladies that helped us out with payments after our visits were great as well. Amanda helped me out and was so kind and personable! Not to mention the actual building is beautiful and clean inside! We will definitely be coming back here as long as we are in Hays!

I had ignored the dentist for a solid 15+ years and therefore none of my kids had been either. A couple years ago my husband had a bad tooth and we need help right away. A family member recommended them and Im so thankful she did! The whole crew made us feel like family and never once ashamed of our mouth/teeth care.They told me that I would need braces like now, otherwise I would loose some of my teeth in the next few years. Of course I was nervous because I didnt want them on for years on end. They told me it would take less than a year!! Once they were on things moved fast!! It took 11 months and 1 day from the time they were on til the time they came off!!! I can not thank them enough for giving me more confidence and a better smile.They are definitely an amazing group of people who want the best for you and care about your wellbeing!! Staff is always so kind, helpful and understanding. It has been a few years since I had dental work done for myself instead for one of my children and they were so understanding and kind. They did not make me feel guilty or ashamed instead they made sure my experience was even better. Jessica Rush was my dental hygienist. She was so resourceful and gives optimal care! Everyone is absolutely amazing! They are very kind and helpful. They don’t shame you, only help you. The only downside is they are extremely expensive!! I couldn’t get the work I needed done without taking out a loan for $4,000. I needed one tooth pulled and a few fillings. They talk through step by step with billing and if you don’t get accepted with their credit card company and won’t get a loan then you are out of luck!

Dr. Lowe and his wife Jana at Lifetime Dental Care helped me achieve my perfect smile just in time for my wedding!I had braces when I was in high school done by a different dentist and I didnt wear my retainers like I should have. My teeth started to shift and basically took away 2 years of wearing braces. I have always been self conscious about my teeth/smile and they were never the way I wanted them. I also knew if I was going to start this journey again that I wanted it done before my wedding.Jeff and Jana worked with me to get Invisilign and were very flexible with getting me in. Considering I was on a time limit, I was in the office quite often. These two even went out of their way to come in on their day off (3 days before my wedding) and make detailed adjustments so my smile was just the way I wanted it. I had a lot of anxiety going to the dentist due to a rough experience at a dentist when I was a teenager. But I knew I had to get work done. I took the leap at Lifetime Dental. I’m so happy I chose them. The whole experience has been amazing! I’ve had 11 fillings and one extraction done. Yes, I had some anxiety at my visits; but they all went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that I knew I had choices in my dental care and experience. They always said “you’re the boss”. Dr. Lowe, Dr. Nelsen, the dental assistants, and the entire staff, have been so helpful, kind, down to earth, lighthearted, and professional. I could be more pleased with my experience.

It was a great experience! Dr. Lowe removed my wisdom teeth while I was awake and it was pain free! They do great about explaining what to do after the procedure and making sure you don’t leave without a great visit! I am a customer for life!

I went in a few months ago, thinking I needed all my teeth pulled and dentures. The great dentist and assistant took a look and told me my teeth were not in bad shape. I just needed some fillings and some work in my wisdom teeth. They were able to sedate me and do all the work at one time. I had such a wonderful experience. And to top it off Dr Lowe called that evening and the next morning just to check and make sure I was doing ok and not in pain. I have been nervous of going to the dentist. Will always be going back to the wonderful people at life time Dental Care.

We got my 6 week old daughters upper lip tie lasered at Lifetime Dental and we were extremely impressed with Dr. Lowe, his staff, and the facility! They were all very friendly and efficient. We did not have to wait at all during the entire process. We were in and out in 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend!

I had to have extensive work done to my teeth and throughout it all they treated me very well. The best thing was that they called me if they got an earlier opening which I thought was nice. The place itself was very comforting and the couple of procedures I had to have done went over well enough. In my experience they were very helpful and answered any questions. As far as going to the dentist goes, it was a good experience.

This was my first visit and it was great from start to finish. Dr. Nelson and Linda were kind, professional, and completed a crown in less than two hours!

After having a horrible experience with another dentist, my daughter and I started seeing Dr. Lowe and his crew about 5 years ago. The genuine kindness, caring, and compassion that Dr. Lowe and his entire staff convey at each visit is truly priceless. (Shout-out to Val and Lori and their awesomeness). My personal favorite thing about Lifetime Dental Care is that there has never been a visit where I haven’t ended up laughing. Usually it’s Dr. Lowe himself cracking me up, but his beautiful wife, Jana, is pretty hilarious as well! Before I scheduled my appointment at lifetime I looked at reviews and saw a few lower ratings due to “price”. It may be a little higher priced (not by much)than most, but let me tell you it is so worth it.At lifetime dental Dr. Lowe and staff make you legitimately feel like family. I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist chair, they took extra care in making sure my root canal and tooth extraction were painless. They are also, very good at explaining every part of your visit, so you understand what will be happening, and what work will actually be done!They are also supper easy to talk to about any financial concerns you may have. I have always been terrified of the dentist, but that all ended when I started seeing Dr. Lowe at Lifetime Dental Care! Everyone in the office is genuinely concerned about you! Dr. Lowe wants to help people have a beautiful smile and he loves what he does! I had a root canal and was really nervous because I have had them before at other dentists. There was no pain! Not even the shots! It was a challenge getting my jaw numb but he took his time and made sure that I was comfortable before beginning the procedure. And did I mention that I got my permanent crown on the same visit?! Amazing! I didnt have to take more time off work just to have the crown placed! I was out of the office in 2 hours! I was prepared for quite a bit of pain after the numbness wore off, but there wasnt any! And when I was finished and went up front to pay for everything, I was pleasantly surprised again to find that he was less expensive than my previous doctor! I will never trust my teeth to anyone else! Dr. Lowe you are the BEST!!

If you are looking for the best Dentist and staff in this region, I recommend Lifetime Dental! I recently went here for upper dentures and lower perio treatment. The staff was the most friendly I have ever experienced at any Dr. office. They were very informative on ever step that was going to be taken in the different procedures to come. They discussed different routs to take to solve my problems and discussed the different costs. When it came time for the denture procedure they made me feel relaxed and ready for the change of having dentures. After the procedure they followed up to see how I was doing and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Dr. Lowe was very caring and friendly, and made sure if i needed anything even after hours that I would be able to contact him. Overall I had a excellent experience at Lifetime Dental, would like to thank Dr. Lowe and all of his staff for everything!
