Wanted $120 for one room...the company was in town and said they could swing by...$120 for one room?

First off, Rich is great guy! Secondly, he does amazing work! Currently moving out of 2 different apartments and into a house with my boyfriend. We needed to get the carpets in the new house cleaned. Was able to call Rich Friday evening and have something schedule for the next day! Talk about being able to work with us in a time crunch! The floors were filthy, full of dirt and dog hair. He was able to get it all cleaned for us! If you’re looking for someone to do your carpets at an affordable cost, definitely call Rich at Rohr’s Carpet Cleaning!

I had my carpets cleaned by Rohrs Carpet Cleaning and I had an amazing experience with their services. The workers were especially friendly to me and explained their process of cleaning very efficiently and effectively. They even gave me a few of their business magnets which I could use to tell others about the business as well. Overall I had a great experience with these individuals and I would be more than happy to have them again. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Rohrs is always my first choice. In the past, they have cleaned my carpet with quick and quality performance. I wouldnt hesitate to choose them for my water disaster needs as well!

Stay away from this establishment. The reviews and online positive comments are completely false and made up. I scheduled this company to clean my mothers carpet, the OWNER came by to quote a rate and schedule the date...he quoted a very high rate his words, since we were not in his immediate area....we agreed to the rate and the date as we were on a tight schedule. We even agreed to pay the additional trip charge he quoted. On the day of scheduled service, I get an text stating that their equipment broke down and it had to be repaired in Denver, therefore they would not be able to schedule to come until 3 weeks past the original date. The fact is they did not want to do the service as it was not in their immediate area and they didnt have the cajones to say that up front, which had they, I would have been more than happy to call someone else. The OWNER, could not do basic math when quoting the job up front, and had to be told 3 times the last name on the order and we had to spell it for him every single time.....and he still didnt get the correct name down on the order before he left. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
