Never really ever had issues with them until this week, my delivery man missed us a total of three times when there is 1 person always here, went and took a look out of the camera, they didn’t even walk out of their truck to drop it off, all 3 times. Now I can’t get it redelivered and must pick it up. Very disappointed at this point, and can’t do nothing about it until tomorrow :)))

Was trying to get help and find out where my mail was actually going and your male clerk decided to get smart and have an attitude on top of it and not help me at all.

Handle packages like maniacs. If there’s a fragile sticker why throw it like a football?!! Makes me so mad. Especially when i’m trying to ship items for my business and they arrive damaged.

I’ve been in 3 times now, staff has always been rude. If it’s your job to explain what packages to use then be nice about it, don’t belittle people for asking a simple question. Horrible customer service.

I have always had excellent service. They make the line move fast as can be considering requests from the public and questions. Staff is polite and friendly. I mail at this location as you don’t have to wait long.

For years theyve sent us the wrong mail (we tried politely to correct many times). Now theyve LOST a very important package. A very rude lady said she would call me when they find it but Ive heard nothing. I have all the tracking information stating it arrived at their facility. Horrible service.

Rude workers that always give you the run around. Ordered some stuff off Amazon that were to be delivered on a Saturday and this post office gets them out on a Friday. Im not home on Fridays until late, which means its a high risk of my stuff being stolen from the porch of my house. Wont even ask for the tracking number. USPS should get new people to work here.

I called the Hayden location to see if my package was at their location or the CdA location. I spoke to a woman named Renee who was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly and helpful. My brief interaction with her made my day!

Wow, I am really surprised by all the negative reviews. The Postal Workers have always been very nice to me here. Maybe the Negative Nellies have never worked in customer service and have no idea how grueling it is. Best post office, and Staff, in town as far as Im concerned.

Very poor customer service compared to other Post Offices in places where Ive lived (i.e., Anchorage, Missoula, Boise). They failed to forward mail to me several years ago after I submitted a forward notice. It cost me an interview for a job. Some of the employees are there just to collect a paycheck. They tend to go on break during the busiest times.

Would give them 0 stars because they are that terrible. Was expecting a package and tracking updates were very vague In transit most of the time but no specifics. Missed the delivery and used the instructions on the slip to schedule re delivery for the next day and received a confirmation email with the re delivery code within minutes. The next day I see the USPS truck and it drives by my house. Called customer service and waited on hold for an hour and 10 minutes to be told my request didnt go through even though I had received a confirmation email. Now my items are sitting at USPS until I can pick them up after work Monday. A little worried since my items could possibly melt in this heat and Im sure they wouldnt waste AC during the weekend when no one is there. To avoid these easily avoidable issues, if you have the option, use FEDEX or UPS!

When I asked for assistance with finding the correct size packaging I was just pointed in a direction and rushed out of the way so they could help the next person. Unfortunately, I still couldnt find something large enough so instead of waiting in line all over again for someone; I just left. You made me feel like an inconvenience so Ill take my money else where. Sorry, you had to do your job.

Packages alway take forever to get here! I wish everything shipped through FedEx, because they get there packages delivered at reasonable times.

Rude employees. My mail keeps being put on hold (for snow) and it is shoveled and safe. I have not been receiving the required written notice telling me my mail is on hold when it happens. I will be filing a claim.

What is the point of an automated shipping center if you guys lock the drop box at 5pm and have little to no packaging available. Rude employees to top it all off. Our government at work....

There is a giant pot hole in the parking lot that is really becoming a problem since I have to go there every day to drop off packages for my business. Really need to get that taken care of before it damages a car!
