On a recent trip, our car’s fuel pump went out and we had to leave it for repairs and get a rental car from Toyota to continue our trip. Imagine my dismay when I realized that we did not have our required current proof of car insurance in our glove box. We tried calling the insurance company directly, but it was just after 5 pm on a Friday and they could not help us until Monday! I tried logging in to our insurance website, but for some reason it would not let me. Then I thought, Jan is my neighbor, maybe I can call her directly. And like a good neighbor, Jan was there!
