Tiffany is AMAZING at lashes! I’ve tried other places, and she is the absolute best. I lose almost none of them and they look so good from day 1 to day 14 before I get them redone. She is gentle and quick and very sweet. I love coming here ❤️

I have been going to Metropolitan since it opened. The staff, services and the owner Mimi is very attentive, professional and caring to her customers. They ensure all customers are treated well and are happy with the quality of service they are receiving.I cannot tell you more. This salon is top notch comparing to other surrounding areas. They are clean and are always disinfecting all areas, which is very important especially now with COVID.Would not trade Metropolitan for any other place.Thank you Mimi 🥰😍

Lisa is a wonderful colorist and hair dresser. Today my highlights and haircut came out beautiful! Thank you Lisa! She is so meticulous! I would highly recommend her! Also, the facility is taking the proper measures to make sure everyone is safe. They took my temperature and made sure everyone had a mask. Everything was super clean.

Horrible customer service! I will never return. Gel polish literally faded that’s how watery it was. Called to see if they would correct it and they told me it would $35 to redo days later!!! Smart business people would fix the problem and move on. Wish I could post a picture here to show you all. Lost my business

My wife is a a nurse and missed 1 appointment and even being a customer for years they decided it to charged her . She explained to them it was an emergency they didn’t care !!! This place has zero values towards loyalty customers !!! My wife sent them plenty customers well they lost my wife as customer and her friends over literally couple dollars !!! Hope you MIMI manager enjoyed it !!! Go to places where they care about their customer not this one !!!!

Mediocre service with a pretentious attitude. A gel manicure did NOT last a week.

I used to come to this place when Julie was doing my lashes then one day she left and everything changed HOWEVER I had an issued with one time and first time missing appointment and I got over charged however I paid them but decided just to stop coming to the place due to not consideration with a customer however since the reason I stopped coming here had nothing to do with actual service I was getting, I decided to go back to them and give them another chance because again the issue was not the service so I called today to make an appointment and they gave me one but was called few minutes later to tell me “I put a negative review on them, then they were my husband did ....me: not even marry but Ok ..Now I am giving you a negative review because you guys earned it !!! Places like this should change entire staff I guarantee you ....be having more people coming . So trying to persuade your customers to delete bad reviews in order to give them service is the worse !PS: I see someone with same last name post a negative review similar situations and they blamed me for it ! Next time get your facts right and I guess you love to treat this way your customers ! Enjoy your poor customer service business !!!

Sophie gives the BEST pedicures! Do yourself a favor and upgrade to the shea butter pedicure... You get extra massage time and it feels amazingggggg. Thank you Sophie for your attention to detail and making this new mama feel like a million bucks!!!

My first and last time there. I went in to do my eyebrows and specifically told the women that I did NOT want my eyes brows THIN just a touch up. She did the complete opposite! I felt like she rushed through the whole thing and just wanted me to be in and out. Super upset I will now have to wait for my eyebrows to grow back in.My sister also had a bad experience here but with a facial. She said the products they used really irritated her skin.

Im grateful I found a place that treated me & eyelashes well. This is my first time getting my eyelash extensions done and the first time going to this spa. Thank you !

My wife and I used a Groupon for a pedicure and gel manicure here. The atmosphere is great. Very relaxing and comfortable setting. The girls who took care of our feet were awesome. Did a great job with a smile and gave great foot massages. The manicurist who took care of us seemed angry and somewhat like she didnt want to be there. She did a good job with my nails, but dug a bit too deep when cleaning up my wifes cuticles. Theyre still red and irritated today. I did miss having massage chairs to sit in as Ive become accustomed to in most nail salons, but overall it felt like it would be a fun place for a group of gals to spend time together getting pampered. For the price of the Groupon I was happy with the experience, but would have been a bit disappointed if I had paid full price.

Please do not get your eyelashes done here. Terrible job, they were almost 50% off by the 2nd day. I went back to have them fix itand now my eyes are irrititated and feel over glued and heavy. When the lashes come off they come out in clusters. I have had extensions before and I dont even believe theese are extensions but just glued individual lashes. Please save your time, lashes and money .

The salon itself is beautiful. I have been there for manicures and have had a good experience. However, about a month ago I went for a full set of lashes through a Groupon I purchased. An older Asian woman did my full set and when she was done I thought I was going to cry. It looked like I had strip lashes on and my eyelashes felt so heavy she obviously put way too many on each of my own lashes on. I have been getting eyelashes done for years so I know a good job from a bad job and this was a horrible job.. now my natural eyelashes are all falling off because of the weight of the lashes that were put on and they are even clumped in some areas which is causing my eye a lot of irritation. So unhappy and so regret ever coming here because now my eyelashes are suffering and now it’s goingto take forever to grow them back. Thank you for messing up my eyelashes, I’m never coming back here again. Don’t see how anyone can be happy with their lashes, they must of never had an amazing job done.

I have been here a few times, both times i purchased a groupon but apparently you cannot use groupon the second time around. So buyer beware! The facial overall was nice, but i had bought a package the first time and the estethician said she didn’t want to send me out with a red face so she said she can use the second facial, from the first package i purchased to perform the radio frequency. I kind of wanted to save it though and use it next month, but that wasn’t the worst of it. Like i mentioned before i bought a second groupon and nowhere did it say only for first time clients. I had to pay an additional fifty dollars i want to say, the girl at the desk seemed frazzled too and had me confused so i said okay I’ll pay since i felt like this was my mistake, but it wasnt. So be careful with using groupons at this spa, for facials at least.

I bought a groupon for this spa for an eye lash extension full set plus a two week fill. I was very happy with my service and john did my initial full set while a Nana had done my two week fill and I highly recommend them both. ive since gotten a manicure pedicure and a facial with microdermabrasion and I must say this establishment is wonderful and filled with great employees.

If i could give this place zero stars I would. I had a terrible experience here with my brazilian wax that I purchased on groupon. WAXER DID NOT USE GLOVES! Additionally, she charged me 15 dollars for the back. A brazilian wax should include that. She also tried to charge me an extra 5 dollars for my bikini line! I refused. Would never go back to this place again even if they offered me a free service. Terrible!
