Great auctions. Us tow Hawthorne staff are very respectful and professional. Theres no games here like you find it other auctions. I go to us tow Hawthorne almost every auction day.

Extortionist- a person who tries to obtain something through force or violence; a racketeer.That’s what this company practices, after them trying to get more money out of me because their driver in their office gave me the wrong price. I went the shortly after my rental was towed I waited until they opened at 8am I asked about pricing for the box truck they had recently towed. The first rep told me that I would have to wait twenty minutes for the driver to log the tows then I would have the price. Thirty minutes later I asked again for information, there was still no update. I asked for the manager at this point Quijada the driver came to the window and I had expressed my frustrations he told me the truck would be $280 to pick up.When I returned and spoke with a female manager she stated the price was $360 because of the size of the vehicle. I repeatedly told her that I was given a different price by her coworker and I would not pay the difference unless I was told why I was given the original price. She claimed he was a driver and that he may have not known the size of the vehicle. At that point Quijada walked in the room I asked him to approach the window and he refused to come to the window. Then he approached the window aggressively throwing up his hands yelling at me which is all on video. I asked for them to rewind the cameras since they record audio and video of him telling me that price. Because if I was wrong about the information I provided to her and he was right then why would he act like that.So not only are the employees not knowledgeable about the pricing, but then they attack the patrons trying to retrieve their property. All she could do was apologize for his actions and still would not honor the original price. I asked to speak to the actual manager or ownership I left my contact information over several days with no response. Now I have a rental bill and and impound bill that has tremendously went up because of the staff at this company. I’m currently seeking my options for brining a lawsuit against this company.

Out of all the services that conduct legal theft, I’m glad it was these guys! Super kind, understanding, and friendly staff. I’ve never had my vehicle towed before, I’ve only ever seen movies and tv shows so I had expectations, but these professionals were so friendly that I wasn’t even mad at my husband for parking in a tow-zone by the time we left!!

Answer all my questions over the phone, when arrived at the location a young lady helped me immediately. The process to get my car back was fast and smooth. The waiting are is clean and has multiple signs reminding customers to wear a mask.

Had our car stolen, Hawthorn PD released the vehicle but Janet, the manager, refused to release the vehicle even after directly talking to the Police Department. Worst worst ever. Spent about 2 hours to get everything sorted and she had the worst attitude! Super upsetting experience!

There only concern is collecting money, my suggestion stick to the facts pertaining to the vehicle, not so friendly this bunch in office, outside of office there a little more friendly

This tow company have contract with Hawthorne police they making money tow car for no reason my motorcycle was stole Las Monday and I recieved a call from Hawthorne police to pick my bike at at,u s tow my question is wy you tow my bike I can go pick my bike were you found itThet charge $375.00. For last the 8hrs

People please pay close attention to where you park, these guys will take your car and when you have the money to get it out theyll send you to another place where your car is and have you wait for hours, knowing someone is in there where your car is playing around.. Im just saying please pay attention

In the early 1990s. There was some Bozo who ran the place. He thought he was so this and that. I honestly can not remember his name, but I do believe it was John. He was tall, dark hair, and he most definitely had a girlfriend named, Toni Allyson. He was an alumni from Long Beach State University. He had a dingbat little sister who worked there as well. I can not remember her name. I do remember the flaky girlfriend who called every 30 minutes. Also, this man and his sister were working there because their father owned the place. It was a family business. They could not make it on their own. I worked for one weekend and I honestly could not stay any longer. It was awful, boring, we held cars hostage, people were furious, and we actually had a baseball bat for our protection. There was an older gentleman named Duck who worked there. I know of what I speak, and I speak the truth. I hated this place. I quit. I did not get paid for my 2 days there. John was ticked off that I did not worship this dump. I am upset I did not get paid, but that is what Google reviews are for today. It was a dump! It was known as S & W Towing when I worked as a dispatcher there. It was a nightmare.

Even do i wasnt there on some fun activity. The gentleman helping me was cordial.

Went to move my vehicle and it was towed Way before the sign indicated. I will be reporting this to the BBB. I wont be taken advantage of for Ill mannered management. Wasting my time comes with a price and I will have legal representation if needed.

I called for a tow service and was glad these guys did 24 hour towing. I am however appalled at their customer service. They assured me they would be at my location within 40 minutes but alas! I waited 1 hour and no tow crew in sight! I then called again to which they responded that they where almost here. Another 30 minutes later they show up. The next day when I pick up my car I find out my emergency brake was messed up thanks to these incompetent fools. Also my car had weird scratches! It must be the location or just careless workers. If you are REALLY desperate for a tow then call these guys but warning your car will be damaged in the process!

They find anyway to make money off you they continually patrol Hawthorne be careful.

I understand you guys are doin your job but why say you open at 8 am and have customers outside waiting pass the time of of opening

I am in the process of filing a complaint with the City of Hawthorne. I do not understand how they are towing cars along Prairie Ave. that do not have a TOW-AWAY NO STOPPING SIGN.

Called 4 times on 7/5/19. The first time the call when straight into a message saying they were closed and to call back at 8am even though I was calling at 8:05am. The 2nd and 3rd time a woman picked up and I asked her to check if my car was there. She took a description and put me on hold both times then after a few minutes picked the phone up and hung on me with out saying anything. The 3rd time I called a man picked up and I explained that someone was checking to see if my car was there. He asked the cross streets of where I was parked and said yeah its here. I asked if checked to make sure and instead of saying yes or no he said if you were parked there then its here, ok? Ok?. No, not ok I asked 3 times to confirm if my car was there before driving down. I have to arrange a ride to get there because obviously I have no car. This means I need to be considerate of someone elses time when they pick me up so I want to be sure before I make the trip. This establishment seems very disorganized and inconsiderate. Its already stressful enough waking up to not having a car then I have to deal with incompetence. The employees here apparently dont know how to pick up a call on hold or check their own inventory. That level of pure laziness is disrespectful. Have some pride in what you do and learn how to do your job.

🤞🙏 Needing this towing service. I was One hour late to retrieve my car based on the 6:30 am sign to Mandatorily move my vehicle from the location at which it was parked. 🤦🏻‍♀️. I am praying on my knees that, by way of referral, this towing service helps me retrieve my vehicle without having to compensate an amount that I am unable to afford to retrieve my vehicles due to my unfortunate as well as careless mistake. We went to the direction of where the police told us it was in the card and went. When we get there, it wasn’t there, then we call and say “no that’s not our address we are in Cerise. That was 30mins away. We had to walk for 30mins since a person ours took the car since we thought it was the right direction. When i tried to pay with my debit card the guy ssid we dont accept cards and i was like i being here and you guys dont have a paper saying you dont accept debit card he said because your card didnt had ur name on it are you for reals!i had to go to an ATM came back and he said give me the keys and i had forgotten so i went bkk home and i asked if he can pull the car out and he said i will charge you and i was like omg!then how they took my car?they didnt had the key...so i had to go bkk home..theyvtake for ever to give you the car

Went to their location personally since they kept on putting me in hold. The girl in the front is very rude, was not able to explain to me how long I have for me to get my car back (as were trying to get all the $$ together).. All she said was you just need to call everyday and ask).. So who knows???

My daughters car was towed for supposedly not having registration, however, the car had a moving permit on the windshield. When we called, my daughter spoke to a man who told her that he just needed a vehicle description and would be able to help her. He placed her on hold due to another call coming in and the line was picked up by a woman named Sandy. Sandy refused to help my daughter without a license plate number, she hung up on her repetitively. I then called, she behaved the same way with me, I asked to speak with a manager, she refused, stating the he was out of the office and to call back in about an hour or so...she hung up on me as well. I called back again, asking for the managers name and when he could be available. She hesitated to give me a name, I asked when he would be available, she preceded to address me in a hostile manner and said When your supervisor leaves do they tell you when they will be back? NO... call back later! and hung up on me again. I called back and once asked for the name of the supervisor. She paused and then blurted Ralph and hung up on me again. This place has no clue on how to effectively deal with the public! Maybe they feel entitled beings they have possession of your personal property...even if it was put into their possession without cause. I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau...this is a complete abuse of power and authority...anything they can do to keep your property for extra time!!! 10/03/2016 @ 4:22PM...TO THE OWNER OF US TOW...PLEASE BE ADVISED AN OFFICIAL COMPLAIN HAS BEEN PLACED WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Worst service ever they tried to tow my car w out the police being notified at a time they wasnt suppose to tow it .. sign said NO PARKING AT 630am-3pm and they tried to take it at 6 am. When they saw me come to my car they drove off right away. This y i dont fkn trust Us Tow Its a damn Scam!

These muthaf**kers towed my car MINUTES before time was even violated. The street sign said do not park between 4:00-6:00pm. By 4:01 pm, by car was already in their parking lot. Yes, four-oh-one!!! The violation time is 4:00pm. Which means these scheming ass bastards had already towed my car minutes before Violation time. As far as I know, you have to violate the time before they take it. So I go in the office, and I they are rude af! Not one employee has people skills in there. I went in MINUTES before 6pm. I go in there explaining how they took my car before the time and the older Hispanic man with glasses tells me to take it to city PD, and then says its after 6pm and he can have me escorted out. He has no people skills. He asks for my ID and I tell him my purse is in my car with my money and I.D. he refused to help me until my bf went in with his ID. They charged me $257 for having my car for 2 hours, even after they towed it minutes before Violation time. This company is a fu*k*n SCAM!!!! I will be taking this to city hall as well as informing the news stations on the scheme these people are doing. F-U U.S. tow and your rude ass employees!
