Ive used this location twice and got great service both times. The line moves quickly. My packages arrived on time at a better rate than UPS or USPS was able to offer.

Very hard to find because it is located behind Cosco warehouse building on El segundo and Prairie. Good luck!!!!

This location is open late on the weekdays and provides counter service until closing. If you have missed the drop-off deadline at one of their retail stores or you need after hours service, this is the place that will take that package off your hands.If you already have a paid label attached, no need to wait in any line. Just head in, go to the right and leave your package on the roller conveyor and your good to go!This place could be difficult to find if youre not familiar with it. Use the same driveway that you would use for the business Costco and drive all the way to the back and you wont miss it.

Overall the service was fair. I arrived early enough to not have to wait to be served.My issue was with the customer service reps. One was pretty condescending and passive aggressive. Not sure why, but management should observe and correct. The other rep was lacking any positivity.I have visited the site many times and always had a excellent experience. Yesterday was horrible!!We the customers deserve friendly and positive customer service reps.

This Fed X will not telll you the cut off for overnight mail and will go into pricing first.Use a different Fed X. They will waste your time starting with asking you paying cash or card and are you sending it to an office or home and then they will say “oh you cannot send the mail, no overnight mail now.” “The deadline passed 6 minutes ago after wasting 10 minutes of your time?” The manager is nowhere to be found and the rep will tell you to call the general customer service line which will say go to the store to speak to the manager. A simple mail job will turn into a lot of chaos very quickly. Find a different mail office. GRACE BAUTISTA is the manager there evenings, nowhere to be found.

I dropped off a package going to Samsung, actually it was a trade in phone, once the package got to Samsung the box was empty, luckily Samsung gave me the credit but the phone was stolen by someone at FedEx, I would recommend using someone else if you are able to do so. I guess as soon as they see the destination they know whats in the box, if I were Samsung I would stop doing business with FedEx until they can assure this type of behavior would stop. 0 stars if it was up to me.

Lucy was awful. Rude and not professional. I have never been here and didnt deserve her terrible service/attitude. She was far from helpful and to top it off, the place was not busy at all. Hate leaving these reviews. I look forward to returning and talking to someone who can help me without being awfully rude. Thats why I walked in there myself and didnt have anyone go for me.

Laziest drivers I have event come across. Lying about making attempts the management is a mess and just an example of how badly fedex is run.

You might pass the location if you do not have the address. It is located on the East side of the street/Prairie next to/behind Costco. There is adequate parking in front and on the side. The lobby is fully supplied, there is a single line for customers, and employees are pleasant.

Pleasant worker... great customer service from the one representative at the counter. Please give customers who are waiting outside a chance to get in from the hot sun with children. Much needed help from the other reps who were unavailable or just in back. With social distancing they way it is the customer experience needs to be much better than waiting outside the building.

Terrible! They stole my package and said my address was incorrect which is not true!

My delivery was never made, it was marked as delivered but it never arrived, they are liers or I dont kno if theyre stilling I really do no kno.. they still havent reached out to me to give me information about the driver that supposedly delivered it. And I have camaras it never came.🤬🤬🤬🤬

I don’t know if all FedEx work this way or is it just this location but every time they try to deliver from this specific location,I never receive it.I don’t know if the people are just lazy or they don’t even try.The only thing they gave me is the stupid note to go get it from their facility.It’s not just a one time thing its all the time when it’s from this FedEx.

We made a delivery attempt: 09/14/2020 01:55 PMThis happens every single time with FedEx, but all other deliveries can find their way without any problem.I want to know who was delivery guy and explain how he or she attempted? Because I was home ALL DAY.Now Im being told to come and pickup from here. Fix your mess, if I come you should refund shipping fee and reimburse for my time and delayed delivery.

Pretty fast service eventhough it was only two cashiers. Got my dads care package sent with 2 day delivery.

They need a drop box or a sign that says drop here, otherwise you wind up standing in line unnecessarily.

Quick visit today just to drop off a pre labled package on my way to work. No line for me but two others were at the counter being taken cared of.

The FedEx drivers are horrible my package required a signature they just signed it and threw it on the grass in the rain and didn’t even take it back to my address. Spoke with a lady named Karen at the FedEx center she was horrible did nothing horrible. I never received package horrible

Came here to pick up my package called to be picked up at facility because I was going on a trip I needed it before the day they planned to deliver everything was confirmed but when I got there, technically no staff wanted to look for my package. Kept saying they were short staffed, I asked manager could someone please go out of their way to help because of my trip but they refused to help me. Honestly felt like no one wanted to do it or wanted to go out there way to help. Horrible staff.

Front counter Guy was nice but you need a tracking number to pick up your shipment even though my text from FedEx didnt say that and the shipment apparently went back out even though it says it being held for 5 days. Liars. Get better tracking.

Staff was very pleasant, quick & easy service.

It was my first time at this FedEx facility. I give them a 10. A staff member offered free water and soft drinks to everyone waiting in the lobby. She also apologized for wait time and any inconvenience. She diligently worked with FedEx staff to expedite the process. She let my husband and I know that she would personally work on locating our package. It was located! This location demonstrated and communicated teamwork and professionalism in service to its customers. Way to go FedEx!!!

The staff was super friendly and helpful they even made shipping suggestions that were super helpful for my budget and helped me out with the tracking info. I struggle with certain things because I am disabled and they really went above and beyond to accommodate for my specific needs.

The driver didn’t even bother to deliver my package on Friday. He ran up to my door, put a sticker on it and ran down the street. I’m sitting at my door today with my camera running in the event he tries this stunt again. This package is small, we clearly have a very visible doorbell and our gate is always unlocked between the hours of 7am-10pm. There are NO excuses! This is a business related shipment from Nielsen Corporate, time is of the utmost importance. I am completely dissatisfied with FedEx and will not be using them ever again.

One person behind the counter - evidently for two hours during the lunch period. Makes sense. Also an announcement that they have no change for cash payments for shipments. Whos running this circus? Average of 15-20 minutes per customer, when they arent being interrupted by a visit from the mail carrier. Fun times.

This is the second time Fedex has screwed up my schedule and said they attempted delivery but the costumer was not there. I was at home with the door open. Window open so I made sure I was able to know when the package requires me to sign. I had taken off work today for this. Fedex not only was not accurate on the time it said will be delivered which was 8pm, the delivery was attempted at 2:30pm. If someone was out at work and thought they would get home at 6pm and would make the 8pm delivery time, wouldnt they have to miss the delivery??? The place where I live is a community and we do have a gate. Well, if there was no way in, at least couldve called??? What was the phone number left for you guys for??? This is simply unacceptable!I will also contact the senders company and let them know to NOT USE FEDEX.

Constantly losing my high value packages. Always the same excuse it looks like it wasnt scanned. SOMEBODY is stealing them. The customer facing people at the office are great but i cant trust FedEx anymore and will recommend my company switch to a more trustworthy Courier

We use Fed Ex regularly. This was the first time shipping from this office. I had the worst customer service experience. Lady at the counter was very rude. Complaining to a customer in front of me.Saying it was her day off and she had to come into work. I was next in line. When she was done with the customer before me, She said Ill be right with you. She asked see my box. I was still in line, so I turned my box over to show her my shipping label. She said for me to leave it on her counter. I informed her I needed a receipt. She said with attitude I know you need a receipt if your in line you must need a receipt I was surprised she talked to customer like that. Once she waved me over to the counter she was talking to herself in a low voice. She scanned the box and gave me my receipt without saying another word. I understand we sometime have a bad day. But if shes not happy working at Fed Ex counter make a request to change your hours or station. Bad customer service at this station.

The worst service... Specially their drivers. Today, while waiting on my package to be delivered, I kept peeking out my window, waiting on the FedEx truck to arrive. I so happened to step outside of my property and at the same time I heard what sounded like a truck. I walked to my propertys gate and saw the FedEx truck pull up across the street. However, the driver never stepped off his truck. Instead, he sat in his truck for a few seconds and drove off... I went on line and tracked my package, only to find out that an attempt was made at delivering the package. This is not the first time this happens! What a load of BS! I, as a paying costumer am very dissatisfied with the mediocre service and dishonest FedEx personnel.

Usually you can go in and out in a jiffy, and the envelopes are plenty in stock. The plastic pouches are not readily accessible but I will ask for extra for the next time. That way I just drop off, no waiting because I dont need a receipt.

Fraudulent order placed on my Wayfair account and being delivered here. Wayfair called to stop the order and have it returned and was told it would be but 2hours later they gave it to the thief who ordered it and gave me the run around. They said its not their fault. Very lax in security.

Expect the older man that wears glasses hes so funny and so nice with the customers that he was helping in front of me he asked for help and they seem like they were forced to do their damn job! they really didnt care about the amount of people that were waiting and seem annoyed. This one has the oddest location . But its great I noticed it helps make for a quick visit, if you get lucky . Staffs pretty helpful but overall its was a decent experience nothing bad nothing special either .

Avoid this location. I hate the fact that all my packages are sent to this location and then whoever the driver is, decides not to deliver my packages the date it was promised. The people that work here have no customer service experience. Always take too long to find a package that is being held at the location. Only one person at the front desk. Unacceptable customer service, and the price that FedEx charges for mediocre delivery services.

There delivered me scam mail.

This place is great it was a little mystery to figure out where exactly Fedex was because you have to take passage way that runs parallel to Costco to the very back to get to Fedex facility. Overall, it was an excellent experience and smooth transaction plus staff was helpful too. Fedex always been my No.1 choice.
