Pricing is excessive and not clearly defined as to what the the estimate line item truly represents. Double talk and misleading quotes for service make this vendor extremely unreliable. Do not believe his quotes without a detailed explanation of what each item represents. Not flexible in their approach to resolving disputes..it is always the customers fault. I would not use them for any service in the future. Get competitive quotes and you will see what I mean.

As a loyal costumer of 15 years that has referred you to a few dozen families, contractors and business owners I would expect more from your company. Mary Pat, it’s extremely unprofessional to advise your costumers that Tom cannot service my area any longer because he is to busy is absolutely terrible. Your busy because your loyal costumers have promoted your family business for decades. I am disappointed that you would try to make an exception for a future date and time. I am disappointed that you didn’t have the decency to at least refer me to someone you trust. I am dumbfounded by your response MaryPat and would appreciate a call back Tom to offer advice or a recommendation

Bruce and Tom were very friendly, thorough, and patient throughout the whole inspection. They helped me understand every step of the process and made sure that I had a very good idea of what was going on. Can not recommend and thank them and their team enough!

Stay away. These guys are out for themselves. Were in the process of selling our house and the buyers contracted this company to preform the inspection on the septic. Beachstone claimed they found sludge in the bed and the system needs replacement at a cost of over $30,000. Conveniently, they also happen to offer the replacement/repair. We wanted to be certain of their findings so we contracted with an engineer who must bring in local municipal inspector to confirm his findings. Well, a few days and a few thousand dollars later, nothing was found. Not even a single drop of water. See pics attached. These guys should be ashamed of themselves. Praying on innocent unknowing people.

They came out for an inspection and were very thorough. Tom was great, he took the time to explain how everything works and what to do to keep the system maintained properly.

ClasslessShowed up on there own to do a job that was already being done . Worker Tom was very disrespectful, using curse words saying he was told by a friend to just do it .
