I have bee coming to this Pet Smart since it opened in my area, this is he first hair cut and bath that I m displeased with. The cut is not smooth, it is very choppy, around his crown the cut is literally chopped not smooth at all. I took a picture because I am so very unhappy with it.I hope someone will respond to my review.Thanks,Dissatisfied customer.

So this is my first time coming to the vet at 120th in Hawthorne and to start of the receptionist was sweet and helpful

Found 2 items I needed. Got them to give me one at less than half off. Check there on line prices they will honor if you show them its different from in store

Long line but it moved fairly quickly. need more help on the floor. and an added register or 2. otherwise 5 stars. good place overall.

Only one cashier. Third time I encountered this situation here. Another girl acted like I was gonna ruin her life by asking a simple question about a product they sold.

Personnel always helpful and very pleasant. Always provide the services needed. My doggies love it.

Dropped my dog off at 9:30am for a grooming appointment, I get a call at 1:30pm telling me that the groomer I was scheduled with was out for the day and they couldnt find a replacement and I needed to pick him up..I was told my dog was given a bath but upon picking him up I could tell nothing was done to him in the 4 hours they had him. When they called me to pick him up I was told they would help me reschedule an appointment, and neither of the two ladys sitting down at there computers did that.It makes no sense that that nobody called to inform me about the the groomer leaving until hours after the fact, I would have opted to grab my dog earlier instead forcing him to sit inside a cage all morning

This Petsmart location is awesome. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. My favorite groomer is Amber. Amber is awesome and my two Pup pups🐶🐶 Sasha and Layla just love her. Everyone should go and meet the staff in the store and in the grooming department, great people.😊

A smaller sized PetSmart but they always have what I need. Lines get long on the weekends so try to go during the week.

Today is May 3rd, This store has Multiple dead med/lrg cricket boxes from March and beginning of April I only found 1 box. Obviously they dont look into there products to keep up to date on live food for pets.

This place is always a great place to take my dogs and picks some treats and some toys. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Today I noticed a dog peeing at the sliding door entrance tho. And I know accidents happen. And we will get back to this. Now before headed to the register my husband grabbed some treats that were on a bottom shelve. After handing it to the cashier she notice it was urine! She handed us some sanitizer but before leaving I couldnt help but noticed the urine at the front door was still there as well. Just maybe get an extra person on shift to help with accidents please.

5 times more expensive than walmart

I ordered a small 3 gallon aquarium for taking my fish with me on a road trip. It was available for pick up in about 40 minutes. Great service. I will surely recommend my friends to pet smart.

Have my reward points and it is very useful. I usually go to buy my bird food and turtle food, they have good prices and quality pet food to choose from. there is a great variety to mix in case you have a picky eater.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PETSMART. They dragged my dog into the store for the grooming appointment instead of carrying it inside. Jenny is the one who messed up my dogs hair as well. Left it patchy. And then lost my dog. This is unprofessional and she should be held accountable.

I called the store to see if they had particular item In stock. The employee said they had the particular item there. But when I arrived to the store They did not even have it in back stock! The employs should not lie about having items at the store. I dont live around the corner, Im about 15 miles away from the store!
