I got an oil change here and when I got home, oil was leaking and Im not saying little drops I mean alot. They used a plastic pitcher and filled it with oil and was put in my car. Who knows how dirty that pitcher was. I started going to the dealer after this experience and dealer was actually cheaper and no oil leaks. These kids working here dont care about your car. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. If for some reason you want to destroy your engine this is the spot.

One of the workers there was very aggressive. Turned away from doing business here. Went to the other Valvoline nearby and was very professional and made one feel welcomed to recieve service.

Went to this place to get an oil change. They told me to turn my car on with no oil in it.The manager Vinny told me that everything would be fine even after I heard a weird noise coming from my car. Poor customer service and poor quality. Lack people skills.

Be aware that they try to OVER SELL YOU They tried selling me a $39 dollar oil treatment because he said I did not have oil on my dip stick. He lied. He did not check the dip stick when I pulled in. They he tried to sell me an additive for my antifreeze because I had rust in my radiator. I just replaced the radiator 6 months ago and it had fresh antifreeze. All radiator s have a little rust. DO not trust this place. Get a simple oil change and leave. They are ripping you off.

UPDATE: “area manager” Tom has been completely unhelpful, never once apologized, and started playing the blame game on my mechanic. Never once acknowledged any responsibility of valvoline. Also proceeded to try and give me life advice on how to handle these issues better in the future LOL. NEVER EVER AGAIN. I got oil change here and now Im due for my next one, went to a different place and they found that my oil filter house cap was cracked and not screwed on right and had to be forced off. Now it needs a new bracket that holds it all together and is costing me $500... all because i went here from an oil change. No one has touched my car besides them since my last oil change and they completely messed my car up.. never again.

I had such a great experience here today. Everyone was extremely friendly and worked efficiently. Jermaine did a great job. Terrell went above and beyond to help me with a sensor issue as well, which he didn’t have to do. I just moved to the area, and while I’ve been going to valvoline for years at other locations it has not always been such a great experience. They’ve convinced me to go back to this location next time i need my oil changed!!

They broke my oil cap. First guy tightened it with a tool and a few minutes later a second guy tried to tighten it again using the same tool and it broke. They never acknowledged their mistake (lack of coordination) and I’m left having to replace a costly oil filter housing cap

This location is the most proficient servicing station in the area. You drive in to get the work done. Feel like a king when they change your oil. Oil quality is also excellent as their servicing mechanics. Always gives you the right advice after they do the maintenance inspection for free with oil change. I also changed my battery from this location and its operating wonderfully since then. I will recommend to my family and friends. But I must say the oil change is a bit pricy but I guess it can be justified by their service. Will go their again when I need another oil change in few months. Also, try to see in Groupon to find coupon for the oil change. Also check their website for any other coupon that way you can bring the cost down. Good luck.

They are the best. I always go there. I never waited in a line to get help. Usually I change my engine oil which include light check etc. which is very quick. I also changed my battery too . They changed the battery without turned off the car which is amazing because if you disconnect your battery you have to put the radio and navigation code over again.

This was my first time using their services & it was great. It was weird at first to be sitting in the car while they are working on it. I feel its better that way, because you know that they are doing a good job & they show you things right away that maybe wrong & dont force you to fix it right on the spot. Terrell the assistant manager took car of my car & was so friendly and nice! Plus I was able to use coupons so save money which always helps out. I will definitely use them again.

This is amazing- the idea of not getting out of my minivan with 4 kids for an oil change is revolutionary. I dont know that I will ever go back to getting oil changes that arent drive thru. Stay in the car oil change place. First come first serve. Typical place where they try to get you to change the wipers and air filter and every little thing.One thing kinda upset about is the oil change price .$99 for synthetic is high. Other places in the area are around $65 or so. Unfortunately they had me bc they take you with no appointment and the cheaper places need notice.

At 1st I was very hesitant about taking my new car here... Why? I have had prior cars that I bought to this place and EVERY TIME a few days later or weeks my check engine light comes on and a new issue arises when I HAD NONE 0!!. Yes they recommend a lot of things to do to get you spend more but it seems when I say no thank you itll be the same stuff on this list I noticed needs fixing. For example now Im leaking some fluid under my car that I noticed wasnt prior to me bringing in my car. Not to mention my car kept shutting off and was because upon Valvoline checking battery some wire or whatever had been left loose.I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!

They can do the work, but dont ever go there at 8am on your way to work. They are always late to open.

This clown show should be shut down.First the wrong oil was put into my engine.Second they did not tighten the filter properly.Third they hit my oil pressure sensor causing a false read on the oil pressure gauge.And to top it all off, the idiot with the fill hose got oil on my windshield.Had I not caught these issues early enough, it would have caused serious damage to my vehicle.

This place is a rip off..$75 for a semi synthetic oil change and $25 for a filter...my previous oil changes with this place i paid $58...still hv to give few stars for the quick service...

Expected the usual Upsell of services I KNOW I didnt need. .. but the dude with the glasses n beard.. almost caused a major accident on the highway due to negligence. Got a refund (not even the full amount).. too much of a hassle to sue. The funny thing is, that everyone I know who I told about this experience has had their OWN bad experience from this location, as well. TIP: Go to your own mechanic or learn to change your own oil.

I would like to give 0 star but it cant! I went to have a full synthetic oil change! The guy who working broken my oil dipstick! Then went back to the computer to type it broken prior to service! I was angry because I just use the stick to check the oil level before I came in! The manager came out and said I have to get one from the dealer because it already broken! Im sitting in the car watching what they doing during the oil change and they denied every! And, for a full synthetic oil they came out with a buck of loose oil what nobody know what type of oil it is any add to my engine! This is my very bad oil change experience! Never come again

Went their for just a simple oil change...wanted to sell me cabin filter, wipers and things i dont need. Then they spilled a quart of oil all over my engine and on my exhaust...guy said he would clean it, used hot steam water...last i check and knowing from kindergarten oil and water DONT MIX, so i had to smell the oil burning off.. DUMB.

Ive been here many times before with no issues. The last time I went there was less than 40 days ago. I recently heard a knocking in my engine, so I checked the oil. It was black. Obviously, they either didnt change the filter, didnt completely drain the oil, or didnt change the oil at all. I wont be back there.
