The car was perfect and we had a very enjoyable weekend thanks to the rental car. This place was slightly dirty and unorganized upon arrival but things worked out fine and we were satisfied with the experience. We would definitely rent from them again.

I have used Jucy van rentals for a few years now, and every single time, I have ALWAYS had a great experience. My daughter and I have taken Jucy vans for Joshua Tree camping, and even when the nightly temps had dropped to 30F (yes, very cold) with adequate prep, weve been just fine.I have picked-up in person, picked-up after-hours, picked up early, dropped off late and have always had great communication with the staff. I think I have worked with Yuli twice now, and shes always been a pleasure work with.Prior to Jucy vans, I was a tent camper, but as Ive gotten older, lets just say its been nice not to have to load gear, unpack, set-up and re-load - especially with a kid in tow. Its also nice to have conveniences while on the road all inside a van.Yes, there are taxes and fees (of course - like almost everything else) and yes, you do have to pay for items like mileage, bedding and kitchen gear during high-season (loads of great deals during low season though), and if you decide to opt out of insurance you will have to pay for bonds (deposit, you get your money back), so I can see how some people might be turned off by it. Honestly however, the price you pay for convenience, adventure and being able to still feel like camping without glamping is still great, even in high-season.

Juicy so they value personal information yet they send you to a link to a company that is happy to transmit your personal data over unsecured means

We repeatedly tried to get a refund for our cancelled trip. The people on the phone kept saying theyd have management refund us, but we never got any return call or refund. We ended up having to charge back our credit card. Dont give these people your money.

It is a good company. We like to travel with a Jucy mini RV. But if the weather is cold be careful.

We rented the Juicy Van for a weekend and were very excited for this rental. Before we left we went through everything with the sales girl and she said it was all ready to go, working order and sanitized for Covid. The sales girl explained all the items and talked a lot about how great our trip would be. We reached Perry’s and set up to have dinner and the water pump was not working. We were suprised, tried to get it going and nothing. This was the item I specifically asked her about because I told her water will be needed. We were very disappointed and made things work without using the sink pump. When we got back we told her about the experience and she said and did nothing, just ignored it, asked for keys and left.We found that really unkind. If you want repeat customers you should make allowances when you give out a non functional rental, that was our thoughts. Other than the eater issue it was good. We would not reconcile re rent Juicy for this reason alone.

Its 100% a scam. they must have new management all previous reviews are either fake or before current management please Im not even bitter about it I just want to warn people less fortunate that are taking a trip on a budget you can find yourself with no money no transportation and no where to stay depending on this company, even with a paid reservation.

They are the best but it looks like they closed

Well it’s is good deal and fun. But don’t breakdown or expect them to be helpful. It’s New Year’s Day I asked them if I could take it for another week . No problem they said. They are closed. Locked my backpack in van after using key Dropbox. My fault. All my heart medicine in there. So they couldn’t pay an employee to Be here on a holiday . I also asked them if they had roadside they said yes but they don’t.Are you in though that’s when you would probably want to rent rv on holidays. Not a big fan of greed and no service. I did call the main office there’s just no one with keys to help after hours.

First time experience with jucy. Avoid this company. Usually I dont leave bad reviews, but I have not been so disappointed with a rental company. Bad customer service, delay with delivery of the car. Nothing as advertised, missing almost everything that it should be included, 200.000+ miles. Everything is worn and broken inside.

What can I say? Dont go there, very poor customer service. I rented a RV for 10 days. It broke down in the middle of nowhere and we did not get help by the roadside assistance until 2 days later, because they simply forgot to put us in the system. The staff in LA was extremely rude and not understanding. Moreover the RVs are in really bad condition with over 160000 miles. My rooftop tent had holes in it and wasnt waterproof at all. Also the gas burner, the kitchen closet and the curtains were broken. Seriously, rent your RV somewhere else, you wont be happy with Jucy RVs.

Worst experience ever! Not worth your money and they will not take care of you if anything breaks or the vehicle breaks down.Someone will reply back with some template answer to appear like they care. Lot of extra charges.

Poor customer service, very limited room to sleep in Van, there a better deals, better service out there

Loved my Jucy rental! Overall it was a total blast. We had several small issues with our car like the DVD player stopped working and the top tent leaked in the rain, but still overall it was tons of fun.

No one will return my calls after taking more money than agreed

I keep contacting management about strange charges on my account but Im starting to think this place swindled me and doesnt seem like I can do anything about so please be smart and go with other options it may be seen more expensive but its not once they finish stealing money from non disclosed fees

We were thrown 3 times. Nobody cared about us, we had to call 100 times for a tow truck to come. A shame because the JUCY San Francisco staff was so kind to us.The camper is very complete, it has everything, but the service when you are stranded was lamentable.

Great experience and all friendly and not so meticulous.

If you take it in winter you will be cold and you will end up sleeping in a motel.It is proposed as an economical option to travel but then they charge you for absolutely everything including excess mileage
