What you would expect from a Marriott Hotel... courteous front desk, clean and spacious guest rooms, nice big bathroom and lots of fresh towels, and my bed ( one of two queens) was so comfortable i immediately started to drowse off when i laid down on it. I always enjoy Marriotts and this particular one near LAX suited my needs and had me nice and rested for my trip the next day.
It was typical for Marriott as far as quality but I gave it only 2 stars for the fake breakfast they offer. DO NOT BUY THIS BREAKFAST! You will be angry.. it was basically cooked flour for the bread and deli turkey.. not worth it.. also they charged my card multiple incidentals. Eventhough we stayed in the same room.. both nights.. so 300 dollars tied up for one hotel. Just in incidentals.. not worth the trouble.. nice hotel tho. Clean and quiet..
Great location and a very nice hotel. Only downside was that the fridge didnt work and there was old ice cream in it but the staff took care of it and took a second look around to check the cleanliness of the room. Staff is very friendly and nice.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! THEY STEAL AND DONT HOLD ANYBODY ACCOUNTABLE FOR IT! I HAD JUST GOT MY OLDEST SON SOME SHOES THAT WERE $180 FROM NIKE IN CALIFORNIA. THEY DISAPPEARED! MY YOUNGEST SON SHOES WERE STOLEN AS WELL, I NOTICED AS WE ARRIVED BACK HOME! I NEVER EVER HAD ANYTHING STOLEN FROM ME STAYING AT A HOTEL AND THIS WAS A FIRST! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT ANOTHER MARRIOTT THE WAY THEY HANDLED IT.
My stay at the Courtyard was smooth and simple. Originally they provided me with a dirty room, put when I brought it up to the staff they switch my room right away. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. I did not like the fact the gym was closed. The gym was the main reason I booked the hotel. Im still waiting on my deposit money but over all great stay.
Cold atmosphere. Horrible chemical smell in hallway where our room was for the entire stay. Room clean but could have been cleaner. Carpet in hall filthy. Front desk rude. Weird atmosphere. Would not stay here again.
Customer service is awesome but I just dont think its worth the price. There rooms are just basic rooms unless u get the king suite that has a extra room then u get 2 basic rooms. But there Customer service is excellent.
After a long trip, when you finally get to the hotel, the only thing you want is to rest. Unfortunately this hotel will not give you the opportunity to do so!!!- the fan in the bathroom is super loud, you cant turn it off, even with the closed door it peoduces the noise- AC doesnt have the quite mode, it leaves you 2 options keep it ON and it will make the noise like helicopter in your room. Or turn it OFF and because you cant open any window it would get very hot in the room.- I dont know what happened to the floor with this hotel but in my room every step you make you will hear old wooden sound, same sound comes from upstairs neighbors which were walking half of the night making it impossible to get to sleep. And the worst thing is that 3 nights in a row at 2-3am at night somewhere in the hotel starts the fire alarm!!! 3 night in a row!!!I never had such a bad hotel experience in 7 years of travel!
I was very disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival Hector over charged my card over $2500. Causing immediate overdraft fees and then locking of my bank card. He was completely unapologetic and stated he only swiped my card one time which was untrue. He also lied to management and corporate. Once I brought it to their attention they were unable to provide an answer and confirmedmy card was swiped more than once. He refused to take ownership for his mistakes and showed no remorse or integrity. The amenities were not available which is why I selected the hotel as well. The basketball court had tables, the gym closed and the pool was also closed. I was presented with false advertising and click bait. I was not accommodated AT ALL. I spoke to Gwen in corporate Michael and Danielle (very nice and apologetic) from location all of which efforts were to help but was unable because the charges where pending and not posted. I fully regret selecting this hotel to celebrate my birthday weekend in LA.
The rooms are designed differently than a typical hotel, which makes them a bit more spacious, I liked it.The front desk can be better, with 2 people at the front desk, it took them about 30-40 seconds to greet us, not a big issues, not got something you typically face in hospitality. There is a Tesla supercharger in the parking lot, so that’s a plus for Tesla owners, and you can move the car a bit farther once you done and not pay for the parking in the hotel ($15 I think)The gym is closed (April 2021), almost all other hotels have their gyms open so that was an unpleasant surprise, there was no mentioning of it on the site or at the front deskThe shower is good and toiletries smell good. There was no body lotion however
Where do I start. The staff is the only saving grace. Very clean and friendly. Do not expect the Marriott experience. None of the basic amenities. You have to ask for house keeping by 9am everyday if you want your room tidied up. No suitcase stand in the room, so you have to improvise. This is the first ever hotel I have stayed at that doesnt have a dirty laundry bag in the room, yes its a small detail but if you are staying for more than 1 night you will want one especially if you decide to use the swimming pool. First ever Marriott that does not have any type of in room lotion sample. Our first room had a nonfunctional air conditioner, had to ask for a new room and transfer at 1am. The beds are beyond firm, were talking plywood. My spouse moved to the couch because the bed is so hard. The bathroom light is a kaleidoscope of fun, do yourself a favor and keep the bathroom door closed, the light will randomly turn on and off during the night. The title of the hotel includes LAX but its over 3 miles from the airport, so in LA it is about a half hour drive in traffic as long as its not rush hour and NO, they do not offer an airport shuttle. So the LAX in the name is simply there to mislead you.TLDR: Very basic, uncomfortable room not near an airport, with Marriot name and pricing but not the normal amenities. Look elsewhere.
The staff was great, friendly, and professional. I would give them four stars. We booked a suite and unfortunately found the room to smell like cigarettes. As a result we changed rooms to a different floor. Unfortunately the new suite didn’t smell much better. Our friends double queen room seemed great. Not sure if it’s due to the old carpet or filter system in the suite that caused the odor. There is only one suite per floor, so there weren’t many options. Historically we have found the Courtyards to be fairly nice and consistent. This location did not meet that standard.
This hotel staff goes above and beyond anything you can ask for. Spacious rooms. Great location. Put plainly, 5 stars is not enough but the most allowed to give. 11 stars!!
Worst customer service ever! I was told that I was lying about the stain and hair on the bed spread. Then when I asked about housekeeping I was told it was every 7 days due to covid which I understood. But not when the bed was dirty they couldve given us a different room. When I asked for additional towels I had to wait 2 hours for them to show up. Also they had a sign on the door that the water was going to be cut for plumbing but was never told in advance. Sign was tapped on the door of our room. Ridiculous marriott lost a customer 😒
Not a bad hotel if you have a short trip in LA. Most of the staff was great. This hotel is located near all the freeways so getting around LA from here was a breeze.
Very nice & close to the airport. I like multiple Tv setups in the lobby, fireplaces by the Pool, & the basketball court (half).
Great place be careful make u keep eye out for fees
Convenient location, clean rooms, and professional staff. My only complaint is about the shower; every time I had to take a shower, I flood the bathroom because the glass door is not wide enough to keep water in the shower.
My room needed cleaning including the appliances. The carpet needs deep cleaning, as well. They do not serve breakfast and theres a fee for parking.Wi-Fi is included. This location is conveniently located near restaurants, banks and a grocery store.
Disappointed. Ordered handicapped room. Almost impossible to use with a wheelchair. Also have breathing problems and the room was very stuffy. Hard to breathe. Otherwise very clean and attractive. Won’t use again.
Positive: Location, room size Negative: Filthy.. we wiped down door knobs and other frequently touched fixtures and wipes turned black with all the filth. Broken elevator was really inconvenient.. hall carpets were dirty
Loved this hotel, nice room, please change your pillows, not comfortable at all.
My family and I enjoyed our stay. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower. Beds were very comfortable.
This is a awful Hotel to stay at people making so much noise had to go in my PJs down to the front desk 3 times to talk to the employee at the front desk about the noise in the room above me..1 am 2am still going on nothing was done about it.I first called the front desk no one would answer the phone the worst experience I have had kids staying up way to late screaming and running stomping and jumping from the bed to the floor
The location is excelent you can find anything you want/need around easily, the carpet in the hall and room was dirty, full of stains, the rest of the room looks clean, I know Marijuana is legal in CA but the strong smell since you exit the elevator wasnt pleasant, inside the room was worse, specially the bathroom, like someone was literally smoking there. Not judging, i know some may find my opinion worthless but it is my personal opinion
Amazing rooms with lots of space. My king bed was amazing and the closets were great size. Will stay much more often!
These guys are real life savers without them we would have had to sleep in the car
Positive: The over all style. Negative: They didn¿t tell me there was a charge for parking or that there was issues with the water when I checked in. Also I have back problems and found the bed to be very uncomfortable.
Arrived with nearly 300 lbs. of luggage for an international flight the following evening only to be told reservations had been incorrect and that this Marriott no longer had a van to transport guests to LAX 3 miles away and no longer had the ability to watch luggage. I was able to remedy this by purchasing a room for an extra evening to keep the luggage safe for the 8 hours needed before I hired an UberXL for transport to the airport. The aggravating extra ~200 USD cost wasnt budgeted, but the most irritating of all was the repeated knocking on my room door (with some metal object) by housekeeping even though the do not disturb/sleeping peacefully sign was easily seen. Out of curiosity, I contacted Marriotts closer to and further away from LAX only to be told they had van service and so on. Other than the 13.00 margaritas, this was a highly unpleasant Marriott experience.
Probably the cheapest Marriott I’ve seen. They charge $6 for water bottles. Other hotels atleast give out a couple for free. Cheap.
My experience at the Courtyard Marriott is amazing. The bed are comfortable in my book.I enjoy the entertainment from the tv.I will return
Had a really positive experience with the Assistant Manager Daniel!
We always stay in this hotel whenever my husband is home and on leave from Military duties. We appreciate how friendly the staff are, but this past weekend (april 9-11) I think was just a bad weekend altogether. The hallways smells like weed, our room has poor air quality thus causing my younger daughter bad colds that we had to checkout early, our room kind of smells like weed. Even when we stayed by the pool, there’s still weed. A fight almost broke out by the pool. I have nothing against people who smokes weed, I think they can do better with having a designated place to smoke in respect to other people who also wants to enjoy their stay and I really hope that they can do better in terms of how they put their policies into action. We love this place so much especially our kids, I guess it was just a bad weekend. 😬
Nice place. Kind staff. Rooms a little in the small side and a door on shower would be nice so the water does not splash outside and near the sink.
Positive: Staff were great. Room was very nice. Enjoyed the Paul Mitchel bathroom products. The room was equipped with a large TV with multiple HBO & Cinemax channels, and the option to log into Netflix. Negative: Shower did not have a door (by design) so floor was wet when I got out. Found a couple of stray hairs in the restroom that werent ours.
They charged me $5 for packet toothpaste, without telling me. > 95% of hotels provide toothpaste for free, so least they can do is to inform me about it.
Positive: The staff seemed very kind overall. Negative: Yes, the pullout bed was not very comfortable, as I could feel its coils beneath me. Also, there were a bunch of noisy guests that overcrowded the jacuzzi one evening while smoking/drinking. A staff member talked to them but did not have them removed.
Well, me and the love of my life had a blast there. It was really clean and covid-proof. The decor from the outside all the way to the inside of the rooms were styled modern and luxury like...the bed was big and beautiful and comfy with extra nice clean sheets....so perfect.
Customer Service is SUPERB! Guess wholl be visiting again?! And the cleanliness is....its The Marriott, what do you expect! THANK YOU GUYS!
Expensive to stay for 1 night 170.00 and they also charge you 15.00 to park in their parking lot not cool
I like this location, a lot.My stay started-off a bit rough, but once I switched from room 501 to 502 (and had it cleaned) it was good from then on.I stayed three (3) nights.Parking is not free $$, but the WiFi is.Its close to restaurants, banks and the police station. The manager, Chris, was very accommodating and considerate of my concerns. The head of housekeeping, Dalia, was also very nice and took care of my requests regarding the cleanliness of the room.I would recommend this hotel.
The Courtyard is a great place to stay overnight if you want to have a comfortable sleep before your flight. Not too far from the airport and and the commercial center. I had a wonderful stay here with the kids. They loved the swimming pool and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and had a great ambiance, too.
Nice staff and very clean.
Dirty and not maintained. Is this a Marriott property?
This was one of the nicest rooms with the nicest staff. Thank you Juan for everything, you made our stay great.
Dont book this hotel I just was listining to a speech from the general manager kicking out someone because she could not talk spanish and staff only speak spanish is this our language only very nice behaviour
This hotel is AMAZING! The room was spectacular Check-in / checking out was a breeze. My boyfriend and I loved the hotel. The room was spectacular, beautiful, clean and very well decorated. Hallways were clean. There were also signs everywhere reminding folks to wear there masks. We enjoyed our stay! The location was convenient as well and parking was free! I read a review prior to our stay that said it wasn’t but it actually was and if it were not there were plenty of places in the area you could have parked for free.
We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff members were both helpful and friendly, helping with all our needs including changing the cot that was prepared in the room for a baby cot after our late check-in. The standard room was spacious enough for all 3 of us. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. We also liked the location for its not far from our place.
Great front service staff. We arrived for a late check-in and we werent aware that there was an on-site parking fee of USD$15/day. We were told that the pool was out of service for cleaning from 10am-5pm the next day. Our kids were so disappointed that they asked the nice front service agent to waive our parking fee for 2 days and she was able to do it! Kudos to Courtyard by Marriott for standing by their quality of service for their loyal members.
This hotel was very nice, clean, and concierge service was very pleasant. The pool is open but the front desk has to let you into the pool area each time. Your room key will not grant you access. Also house keeping will not enter your room during your stay (COVID-19 restrictions) so you will have to set out your trash each day and catch housekeeping in the halls to get fresh towels or call the front desk. I like the option they provide to operate the TV with your phone all you have to do is scan the code off the TV. There also is not a free breakfast. Still this is a great option if you want to stay close to the airport but not too close it was only a 10-minute drive to the airport to catch my flight out in the morning.
Nice hotel with spacious clean rooms. There were hotel guest that were smoking week in the hotel.
Fine enough hotel. Gets the job done, but it definitely could be a bit cleaner. Staff is usually friendly and helpful, which is a plus. Price to quality ratio is a bit off for my budget, but hey, its Los Angeles.
I checked in and requested a late check out with the receptionist. I was told the latest she can do is 12:00PM. In the morning I had two visitors checking what time I was leaving. One person knocked and the other person didn’t and just opened the door. I went downstairs to checkout and requested to speak to manager with the receptionist and the manager apparently stepped out. Like what kind of hospitality is this?! It’s the first ever bad experience in any hotel!
I have never worked so Hard in my life to satisfy someone’s needs to verify my identity. Birth certificate and social security card was not accepted because there is no picture on the ID, and the US passport was not excepted because of a expiration just a few months ago. All three together plenty of verification to get any idea I want, not enough to satisfy them to go to the hotel. Moet likely discriminating against the fact I reserved a nice room with a bunch of of my young friends. Extremely rude and dismissive
Positive: Service rooms and eveything Negative: Do not charge for parking
Positive: The location and pool Negative: Front Desk was unprofessional and very selective based on color as a person. Too expensive
Clean, Spacious, Quiet, 24/7 gym.
Very nice hotel and at a reasonable price, very friendly staff.
Rooms are very spacious, great amenities and staff.
Beautiful place I just love it!!
Wonderful stay, clean and friendly
Prepare yourself with the lowest expectations possible and youll have a great time 👍🏼
Enjoyed my stay here to the absolute fullest. The staff was incredibly nice and professional. One man stood out, his name Mike Hernandez!!!! Ask for him, this man is awesome and very polite and thoughtful and thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure my visit there was great. 💯
Positive: The decor is modern and renovated. Negative: Aside from the furniture and decor being modern and newly r I did not like anything about this hotel. The room was dirty and u (was not cleaned by housekeeping before my arrival), front desk host was rude, lots of loitering in the lobby
Fantastic manager and great customer service! Pool is awesome, hotel super nice! However the Hawthorne area is not the greatest.
Not so good service this 2nd time around
My overall stay was great even with the corona virus going around. The staff was friendly and kept up with the cleanliness of all common areas. Someone was always wiping surfaces down with disinfectant. The kitchen and bar were closed down due to the virus but the staff let us have our own drinks in the lobby while my group and I passed the time with some board games. The staff was helpful at all times and I highly recommend anyone traveling in the area to stay at this location.
I stayed here for a week and had a mostly positive experience. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the TV is big. The a/c smells a little bit when you turn it on, but it goes away after a few minutes. The shower doesnt have a door or a curtain, just a partial glass wall separating it from the toilet. Water will spill out of the shower area onto the floor unless you aim the shower head straight down, so definitely set a towel down beforehand.
My room was clean, comfortable and peaceful, which is very important. The stuff was very nice and respectful. The outside premises was clean as well. I would return for another stay.
I would’ve given this Hotel at least a 4 but because I’m going home from a weekend stay with bedbug bites I must give it a 1! The room was nice, hotel was nice and appeared clean but this morning I woke up with multiple bites on both of my arms. I couldn’t search the physical mattress for bedbugs due to they have mattress coverings on mattress. However, I did see little specks of blood on my fitted sheet where I was laying. I went straight to management and he took a incident report and refunded me 1 night. I was so disappointed because I needed this time for mental and physical rest from working front line during this pandemic. Again, overall the hotel is nice, but they do have bedbugs and the reactions of the employees kind of lead me to believe that this isn’t the first time they had this complaint. Stay at your own risk
From the second you walk into the lobby you can see this hotel is well appointed. The decor was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was very clean. Plus, there is a really great contemporary pizza place directly next door and a market right across the street, which was super convenient. The rooms were laid out well and the bed was very comfrotable. While I love the products they offered in the shower, the overall design was a little odd. It was an open concept with only a partial glass door which meant water leaked onto the floor. But, if that is the worst thing to happen at a hotel, youre doing okay :) I hope I get the chance to come back to this location to enjoy the outdoor firepits or basketball court.
That place is awesome and very clean my girls enjoyed it what I liked most was the feature that it had a space in the back for dogs
Nice like always. Only down fall, you have to pay for parking 15 bucks.
Clean rooms. I enjoyed my stay with clean king size. I like the design and decor. The location is ok. Parking is NOT free. $15 a day.
We stopped over in LA for a couple days and wanted somewhere close to the airport. We had a rental car so we could drive anywhere easily. We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott as we usually do because they stand by their name for quality. It had great amenities and it was clean some of the reasons I always choose to stay with the Marriott chain of hotels.
Clean and modern and quiet at night
It was cool very comfortable
Nice Marriott not ran the right way there ever were
Wow now this motel has it all pool, basketball court, dinning area, awesome rooms, friendly people, and amazing customer service. You feel like home. There not trying to put you in any room. They care about you and about you having a wonderful experience while you stay with them. Oh and there Cooks ate awesome. You should try their food its amazing
The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne is awesone
This hotel was great! Its pretty new and its very nice. It has a modern decor and aviation theme to it which I found very pleasant. There are of course lots of amenities such as a pool, hot tub, basketball court, very nice modern looking bathrooms with very large showers, a bar/bistro area, there are fire pits and tables around the pool area, public spaces that have TV booths and a large common area that has 2 large TVs. There is a gym and also a laundry area. The staff is very friendly, courteous, helpful and informative! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend to others!
Its a very nice property but they have this practice of locking the front doors so only registered guests can come in the hotel but its very inconvenient to have to pull out your room key every time you want to enter the hotel... and if for any reason people are coming to see you you have to go out to let them in..So for that reason I would not stay here again. I thought it was very unnecessary and extremely inconvenient...
I booked a Prepaid Rate for 2 nights several weeks before my stay. When I checked in the Host acknowledged that my room was prepaid and took a Credit Card for incidentals, during my stay I checked my Credit Card account because my last stay I had authorization holds for incidentals on 2 different credit cards 3 times. Only to discover I had 2 Authorization holds one had been declined because the card was charged for 1 of the nights for a prepaid room for 2 nights after looking into the account that the Prepaid rate was paid I realized that only 1 night was charged which didnt make any sense. since I had a 2 night prepaid booking the first host was very non apologetic. To sum it up: in the end it was revolved but the authorization hold for the 1 night affected my trip financially. The reason why I prepay is so my funds are not tied up in authorization holds.
Amazing customer service
It is great hotel
Positive: The staff was extremely helpful. Negative: While you cannot control who reserves the rooms, managements should monitor the wearing of mask, how many people canactually go in an elevator at a time, people smoking weed outside the hotel and inside their rooms. The smell was getting in my room.
Very clean and friendly helpful staff
The hotel is pretty new. Room is clean. Stuff very friendly. Location is good. They have parking on site but with extra charge. The breakfast at Starbucks was just soso. You can find something better and cheaper out side. C/P ratio is great
Positive: Excellent place, clean, food was great, parking was excellent Negative: Did not like that I had to call room service to set an appointment for them to clean.
This is one of the nicest airport hotels I have ever come across in all my years of travel. It was clean and modern and stylish. The lobby was inviting and we loved having all the different sitting and tv areas to choose from. The hotel rooms were clean and quiet and super modern. The bathroom was amazing. Loved everything about this hotel.
Very clean, the bed was super comfortable. The check in lady was nice and so was the staff. The pool was great and would definitely stay here again.
I was very excited to stay in the new hotel. I grew up in the area and was happy to try out the new place. Ive enjoyed staying at Marriots in the past and have always been pleased with my stays. I was not happy with the price, but alas the area has definitely gone up in pricing. Unfortunately for us, we were given a room with a broken ac unit. It kept the room cold, but it sounded like it was at least 10 years old. This is definitely a problem when you have an infant in the room. That first morning we realized we had also been sleeping with a stained comforter. we were so exhausted the night before we did not think to inspect the bedding (nor should we have to)We reported our problems to the lobby and proceeded to leave for the day. Upon our arrival, our room looked to have been serviced, and the ac did not seem so loud so we figured everything was resolved. Our daughter was extremely cranky and tired so we only turned on the bathroom light so as to keep the room as dark as possible to help get her to sleep. We did not think to inspect our bed. This was foolish on my part, I trusted Marriot only to have been disappointed by them. When we woke up the next day, our comforter had obviously not been changed. the same stain was on the same location. The hotel itself is really nice. Very modern and clean feeling lobby. The amenities seemed very fun (though we did not have time to enjoy them). Most of the people working there were very kind, too bad they dropped the ball on this one. We paid a premium to stay close to family, and avoid headaches, but unfortunately that didnt happen. I would say, if you stay here, make sure you follow up with them if you happen to have any issues. And also be prepared to pay for parking and try to get there early so that you get a good spot.
Ive stayed at other Courtyard properties where the wall were so thin you could hear phone conversations in the room next door. Not at this one! Even near a busy street, I didnt hear a thing! Nada. Even other family members who stayed on another floor commented on this fact. I also love the bathrooms at this location. Theyre huge and modern, with walk-in showers that are a real treat. I also really like the Bistro food (try the skillet meatballs and the fried Brussel sprouts). The pool at this location looks particularly inviting, and if Id been here during a warmer month Id have definitely used it.The room and property were extremely clean. I look forward to staying here again.
Great hotel. Very close to LAX. Stayed here twice while visiting Teslas Design Studio, and both times I found it to be a great hotel. Excellent for business travelers (lots of places in the lobby to set up a laptop, charge your phone, watch a little TV, or have a private meeting or phone call). For personal/leisure travelers, there is a pool, and it appears clean and well-maintained.
The rooms were very spacious and modern. I will definitely be staying again soon.
My girls and I spent the night here after going to see Got7 perform at the forum. The location was perfect. Very reasonable price. The room was big and cozy. We got a room with double beds. It was very quiet and that was perfect. Check in and check out was easy. My daughter thought there was going to be charge on early check in but there wasnt. This place was awesome.
We checked in to the hotel late at night due to a flight delay. The staff was super friendly and held our room for us. The room exceeded our expectations with modern decor and layout. The bistro served Starbucks coffee and delicious breakfast (pricing was a little high for the portion, but the food was good!) We took advantage of the beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub during our stay. There was also a fire table in the pool area you could sit at in the evening. The fitness center was fabulous - nicest hotel gym Ive ever seen. Lots of machines, with lots of space to stretch or lift free weights. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay
Loved our trip to LA for a wedding. This hotel is beautiful and one of the best in LA. Very convenient location, close to LAX, Beaches, Santa Monica Pier, and right between Disney and Universal. Fitness center is one of the best of any LA hotel! Also, you have to try the MidiCi restaurant on site. Best Pizza Kitchen around!!
My family stayed here for only one night due to rescheduled flights out from LAX. We had just come from Spain and everyone was jet lagged yet up early and hungry for breakfast. We were cheerfully greeted by the chef, Victor, who was juggling being the cashier, barista, chef and server!! Yolanda was helping him and she was very kind and friendly. We watched them both handle the swarm of guests line up with orders and special requests. Our food arrived in a timely manner and it was so delicious! One of best breakfast meals I have had in a long time. My family does quite a lot of travel and this was one of our best breakfast hotel experiences yet. Victor and Yolanda did an amazing job keeping everyone happy and never seemed to be overwhelmed, although I’m sure they were! They had the best attitudes and had a great smile for all the guests. They should be acknowledged for their outstanding service.
