The delivery service is poor and unreliable, they are not customer friendly. goods to other states takes forever to come just because they want to make extra profit. please find another reliable cargo company.

I have shipped goods from Los Angeles to Lagos a few times with them. My only consign is that they disregard and disrespect their customers, feel like they are God. I even overpaid them when I was shipping my goods, they have attitude problems, the owner feels so pompons, like he is above or better than his customers. They need to be more customer centric.

In June I needed a cargo company to ship my 2009 Lexus and someone recommended Bens cargo. I made my findings about the clearing fee their price was fair and reasonable because I had made inquiries on the price of clearing my car elsewhere incase it was exorbitant but It turned out to be reasonable. I eventually paid ontime as said and everything went well. I would highly recommend Ben’s Cargo International.

Awful customer service and dishonest!! DO NOT use this company and this guy Ben, if you want your vehicle to be properly handled and avoid seizure. My car was almost impounded because he paid half the cost of clearing the cars in Lagos, Nigeria. I have to use another agent and custom to take the car out of port. His agent in Nigeria has zero customer services skills and rude. DONT BELIEVE the 4 and 5 stars reviews. Im sure they are done by his friends or fellow accomplices.

Bens cargo is one of the best,I shipped a 2017 4runner,I paid my clearing fee on time and gave the agent time to do their job,I think the reason most people have problems is because they dont pay their clearing fees on time and issues like this delay the process and some are always looking for cheap options which always ends up backfiring on the agents side.And Nigeria customs too dont help matters as everyone wants to be bribed to do their job which makes clearing and forwarding difficult for agents.i was very satisfied with the services rendered and I strongly recommend Ben Cargos international anyday,anytime.

I would never ever ever ever do business with this SHADY NIGERIAN ever again. And I hope no one else decides to be CONSISTENTLY LIED to as well. I shipped a car in September 2017 to Nigeria and it’s January 9th 2018 and the car still hasn’t been released to me. I’ve paid all the balances and all I keep getting is EXCUSES that mean NOTHING to me. Plus he’s charged me so much money that others are calling what’s he’s done to me and my family RIDICULOUS. If you want to be robbed BENSCARGO is the company for you.
