This is a great place to purchase hair extensions with reasonable prices . The staff are quite informative, helpful and courteous. Wow! You could also drop your bundle of hair off and they will wash it. How cool is that ladies that best place in town for your bang

Wanted to try a new brand for a install. I went in and they were out of my typical length and texture. The young lady helped me figure out the right length, texture, etc. She answered all the questions I had. So far I have had the hair in 1 month and it still looks great with minimal shedding.

So Ive had this hair in for about 5 days now. I love it. Its very pretty hair and I would recommend it to someone else. There has been some shedding thats why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Besides that I really like the hair.

I went into Babydoll Luxury Hair yesterday, Jan. 10, 2019 at 5:45pm. I did not have a good experience. The saleswoman was young, and did not seem particularly knowledgeable about the products, the industry or closures and she was not particularly friendly, I have had good customer service from this shop in the past but not yesterday. When spending $300 at a time at Babydoll Luxury I expect a high level of customer service and basic courteousness from the sales staff. That aside, my primary issue was that my desired texture, hair length and closure were all out of stock. As a result, I ended up spending more money than I ever expected in order to have the needed materials for my upcoming hair appointment. They were out of stock of straight closures, and they did not have straight 14 bundles. Instead, I had to purchase a body wave closure, and 2 straight 16 bundles in order to have something comparable to my intended order. I find it upsetting that no discount was offered, or store coupon (for example) considering I had to spend more money in there shop because of their lack of options. There are few luxury hair shops in the area so there were no nearby alternatives and I had my hair appointment later that evening. My concern is that this is not the first time I have experienced this at Babydoll Hair, they routinely are out of stock of their most basic bundles and closures. Which means, if they valued their customers more they would work harder to make larger purchase orders of common, highly purchased bundles and closures.Instead of assuming their customers will keep coming back regardless of whether their needs are met or not and regardless of the treatment they receive.This is not to mention, the disastrous security practices that Babydoll Luxury employs. Instead of investing in a security guard or another sound, practical and humane system of security. Babydoll Luxury hair uses a high security locking system that requires customers must ring a bell to get in (I have no issue with that at all). What I was unaware of until yesterday, was that once inside the shop, customers are locked inside; trapped actually, until the salesperson decides to buzz you out. There are many ramifications to this perhaps its perfectly legitimate (I will look into it). But what it is most definitely, is inhumane. And criminalizes each and every customer that comes into your store, Babydoll Luxury. The lack of customer service I experienced yesterday, the multiple products I needed being out of stock on a number of occassions (meaning there is a lack of consideration of customers needs), and Babydoll Luxurys intense security system, that locks customers inside the store to prevent each and every person from committing theft (because they all would if they could mentality) are all reasons that make me reconsider shopping here again. I had decent experiences there in the past, but when I add it all up its really leaving me unsettled.Update: An hour after posting my initial review, the owner of Babydoll Luxury called me on my personal cell. The owner was kind, apologetic and eager to address and resolve many of the points made in my review, even offering me 50% off my next purchase. Regarding customer service, the saleswoman in the shop that evening, the owner stated, was a new hire and is learning the ropes. The owner plans to provide the new hire additional customer service tips, such as being more communicative, building better rapport, and learning more about the products. Regarding out of stock products, she said as a small business owner, this is a challenge but she is working on it. Lastly, their security system, she stated, is in place because of multiple, major security breaches and was intended to protect customers and staff and not to demean customers. Im glad she shared her reasoning, and hope she continues researching security system best practices in the future. I appreciated her call, and believe she does care about my feedback and keeping my business as a customer.

The ladies are nice in store. When you order something dont expect to get it or a call when you leave your number. The hair I got smelled like corn chips even after I washed and conditioned it several times, soaked it in fabric softener overnight and bleached and dyed it. Ive had the hair going on 2 years and it still smells after all this time. I got the wavy hair. It started to tangle after about 2 months. It looks nice but stinks.

The hair is ok it shed a lot and the closure lasted like 1 1/2 months it shed so bad it looks like pure net like it has bald spots it was beautiful for a month so it definitely wasnt worth the miney i spent a little over 500 im beyond disappointed back to Paulines I go their high but its worth it for a better quality

I am so dissapointed, i bought 2 platinum body wave bundles size 28 and 26 inches and a closure 18 inch on thier online website and i colored the hair with professional haircolor and after i washed it allthe hair got super tangled and notted and it shed so bad and once i blowdried it the hair was not even wavy anymore or straight it was frizzy and super thin i wasted almost $400.00 for super thin hair it didnt even equal to 1 bundle and i got it installed and ialmost cried..so not worth the money, i purchased babydoll luxury hair a couple years back and the quality was better but this time iwill give 0 stars!

Walked in after seeing this store for about 4 years..I needed curly Indian hair.bought 4 bundles and a closure best deal ever..I love the hair...silky I used mixed chicks line which is best..it is gorgeous..best curly for price

I ordered a closure piece over a month ago. NO ONE can seem to find it. They have given me The run around The entire time. The team does not work together. One day my hair is there, and when I come to pick it up, no one can find it. Very disappointed in the lack of communication the team have.

Purchased a closure and it has a real bad smell to it I washed it 4 times & soaked & still the smell is still there. My hair stylist told me I bet that is Brazilian hair before I told her what I had purchased.

They allow people to purchase over $600 worth of items with out checking ID . On fraudulent and stolen credit cards .

Tried to come in with my girlfriend and men are not allowed in the shop. If I opened my of establishment and said women were not allowed in I would never make it to the grand opening. Passing on this place.
