I really do wish I could give it zero stars.3 Out for delivery days and still do not have my itemsI am willing to come pick it upThey just hang up on you.Update, got their corporate office to let me pick up my package since it was Left on the dock. The Corporate office was very sorry for what Ive been through and helpful.Now the pick up.This place is a disaster; I saw brand new items being thrown away. Customer service there must be a 4 letter word to them.As I was getting into my car to leave, they blocked me with a Van and wouldn’t move it. I maneuvered a few times and was able to get my car out, with no help from the 3 “workers”, if that’s what you want to call them.This place needs to be shut down, or have someone go in and fix it.

This is a terrible company and Howards should move away from this company. Two lazy people walked in who did not want to move my washer to install the dryer because the washer was bought from someone else. The assistant manager Rosemary Perez, should next time ask Howards to send a picture of the space before they arrange logistics and creating unnecessary customer service related issues. The attitude of the people who are sent to homes is absolutely horrid and should be removed from their jobs.

I ordered a New Out of Carton gas cooktop from SEARS OUTLET, it looked great and free from any damage in the pictures but when it arrived it appeared as if it had been thrown around during transit. Likely the freight carrier PILOT FREIGHT SERVICES is to blame as they left it outside my home and did not allow me to decline delivery. Deep scratches all over the unit, gas valve complete broken off, and all burners and grates were displaced and some missing.

Why can we still not give 0 stars? This place is AWFUL. It has taken a month since my package shipped to even get an appointment to be delivered. Then the appointment date came and they called and they can only find 1 of the 2 pieces in the package. The lady who called (also not helpful at all) said both pieces are in the warehouse the warehouse employees just couldnt find them.... UMMM, go find them?! How is this my problem? And now anytime I call they have no update. And now it says the next available appointment for delivery is a month away. I dont expect to ever receive this order. If you order from a company that uses them - DONT.

Ordered something at the end of July, picked up august 20th, only to find out they lost the package and didn’t take any responsibility for it, requiring me to do the work for them. I can’t believe this company is even functioning. Had to ask for 3 dock checks and the third one finally landed, only to tell me they lost it. Figure your stuff out. Do not use this company.

This company is so incompetent.Return Pick up from amazon shipped me a wrong part Truck Bed Tonneau Cover April 9/16/20/23/27 no show up and getting call each date that someone will pick up until today April 30, of course nobody will show up for sure. I call to re-schedule but line is busy for 40mins until i drop the call. Im not taking off to work again just for them and tired on pick up promises. >.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! This has to be the most unprofessional, mismanaged, unqualified and flat out TERRIBLE delivery service out there. Not only have they LOST my items but they have seemed to not care in the least to try to fix the issue. On top of that, their drivers/delivery personnel are completely clueless and RUDE when attempting a delivery. I’ve never been more dissatisfied with a service in my life!!

The pilot dispatch were great to talk to even the folks who delivered my freight. The reason I gave them a 2 star was how they handled my freight. It was damaged, stained and looked to be treated with no regard. I refused the shipment called the company that I ordered it from and received a small compensation and reordered it again. We will see how round two goes.

Where do I start...these slags are A WEEK LATE. I was supposed to get this item on the 23rd. IT IS THE 28TH. Not acceptable at all. This was supposed to be a huge Christmas gift for my son. Now hes gotta wait a week longer for his huge gift. Do better.

We had three things delivered. The first two arrived on time with the boxes mostly undamaged. The guy was friendly.The third shipping was not great at all. First the package was to arrive on Monday and did not show up. We then called on Tuesday to see why it didnt arrive and customer service told us that they see it is loaded on the truck and will be there that day. It did not show up Tuesday and we get an email notification saying the date was changed to Wednesday (no phone call or explanation). I call them and they say the driver forgot to put the package on the truck. Then on Wednesday the package shows up but damaged. The box and the product arrive damaged. The driver said he would have called first to not waste my time but didnt notice it. (But its very noticeable and he is the one who pointed it out to me when it arrived). I had to call customer support and they were not friendly. They just said they will contact the company of the product and I will hear from them in 3 to 4 days then it will be about 2 weeks to get the product. I am going to try to not use this company for the delivery if possible. I understand the low ratings now.

We purchased a dresser from buybuybaby. Our dresser came to us broken twice. We are currently waiting for pilot to pick-up our last broken dresser for a return. I had to reschedule more than 5x. They would either not show up or call. They dont operate on the weekends so either my fiancé or I have to miss work to wait for them to not come! Horrible company! I just want my dresser to be returned to buybuybaby..

I scheduled a Delivery for Thursday and they delivered unexpectedly today and did not even bother to get a signature and left The item out side. I dont have a way to move the item, this is why I Scheduled it for Thursday when someone will be home to help me... I called dispatch so they send a driver back to at least place the item in the garage, without any luck. Pilot Freight You should train your drivers better Pilot and teach your customer service team how to update your system when customers schedule appointments and ask for Pre-Calls. Terrible Experience!

Lost packages! Terrible customer service!!! We ordered a swing set for our daughter for Christmas. It was received on December 4th and they scheduled delivery three times and failed to deliver each time. Now they somehow lost this 160 pound item that is sold out! The manager never called back. We were told they inventory nightly and yet this huge package is just missing with no trace!?! The lady on the phone was rude and told us oh well get a refund and hung up. Seriously? Shame on the company for allowing this to happen and for having unprofessional employees on the telephone. This has been a terrible experience.

Do not ever call these people! They mix up packages, delivering wrong addresses and lastly they lost an 8ft x 4ft crate!! How can anyone lost a big crate like this? Do not use this freight company. I was given a date and time for a pickup on a return item to Walmart.com and they never showed up. I sat home all day waiting. I am beside myself. After several attempts by phone at trying to find out when they were coming, I was met with hang ups on their end. I turned to Walmart.com for assistance, a 3 way call ensued. This company could not reach their drivers. They act like I need to operate on their time. NO. Now I dont trust them. Im not gonna waste my time sitting around to wait for them again.

The worst delivery service. I waited on my TV for a week past the delivery date. My wife called them on Monday and they said that the TV just left the warehouse in Ohio. So they told us it would be delivered on Wednesday of the next week. So we waited for Wednesday and of course no delivery or message from them. We called on Thursday and they said Walmart still had my order, forgetting they told last week it had left the warehouse. So we called Walmart and they said the TV had been with Pilot for weeks. So I called Pilot back and the customer service guy put me on hold and started chewing close to the phone. Then he hung up on me. Needless to say I canceled my order. Walmart should move on from this shipping company asap.

Absolutely TERRIBLE delivery company. They lost our new TV in their Warehouse and couldnt find it! Didnt show up TWICE for a scheduled delivery time. Never called us to inform us of the changes to delivery times or about resolving the problem. To any of the big box companies using these guys to fulfil your orders - DONT! #Walmart #Samsclub

I got an email confirmation that I would be receiving my delivery between 11 and 3 PM today . It is now 3:46 and I’ve been on hold to speak to a representative almost 1 hour and no phone call or text message letting me know my delivery was running late or even if it will be delivered today ! Absolutely unacceptable and inconsiderate. Not sure why Dick’s Sporting Goods is using this delivery company but they definitely don’t care about customer satisfaction

I read many of the negative reviews of this freight company and was concerned that my package would be lost or damaged. I ended up picking up the package from their Hawthorne facility. The lady that answered the phone was professional and my package was promptly delivered. This may not be everyones experience, but i gotta give credit where its due.

The representative was extremely unhelpful and rude. They were confirmed to deliver an item to me and then changed the date to a week later without any reasonable explanation. I asked if they could reach out to Amazon, and they basically told me to go screw myself. I’m very surprised that Amazon would do business with a company like this. For a business that is so customer focused it’s astounding that they’d let poor service by a third party shipper tarnish their reputation like this. If I could give zero stars I would.

I order a patio set from cost world market and from the beginning this process has been a nightmare. I first received a call from their delivery driver while I was at work asking if he had dropped of a tv at my house seemed very confused about what location he had actually dropped it off. I called him back about order and he confirmed it was delivered, after I told him he did not leave the tv there he later went to my house looking for it and asked my younger sister if he can go in the house and verify!! When I got home I realized I only received 1 of 2 boxes. I have now been going back and fourth with them trying to find the other box. They first had me back and forth between both their locations, when they finally got it together they said they needed to do a dock check and would call me back. They never call me back, every time I have to call them back.

This place is an absolute mess, thats putting it nicely. I scheduled a time for them to pick up a dresser i was returning to the manufacture. If you see the screenshot of the email i provided, you can clearly see we schedule for a 1/15 pick up on 1/11. No response is necessary to confirm this pickup as scheduled aboveI took the day off of work on the scheduled pick-up day, due to them giving me a 3 hour window in the middle of the day. 2:45 pm comes around and i havent heard from them yet, so i decided to call to make sure everything was okay. When i got their dispatch on the phone, she told me that they forgot to put my schedule pick up on the board this morning so they wouldnt be able to come get it. She took no initiative to try to make this right. She just said wed have to schedule for a different day. Another day didnt work for me, especially since i took the whole day off to make sure i was home. I got the supervisor on the phone and he told me hed do his best to get someone out there by 8pm, which was fine to me, i just asked for him to call me ahead of time, as i had to run a few errands. Well and hour later i get a call and their dispatch tells me that the truck is their to pick up my package and hes waiting outside. Where the hell was my courtesy call? I wasnt home so i had to rush home and almost missed him. Terrible experience all around. very unprofessional company. Will never refer or do business with them again.

Unprofessional is a kind word. You cannot reach the customer service agents and when you do, you are left hanging with no call back. They do not provide accurate delivery schedules. Avoid this company and save yourself a lot of frustration and needless waiting around for your delivery.

Absolutely ridiculous. Pilot was supposed to come and pick up two GIANT broken bed frames (and the associated packing materials) that have been sitting in my living room for nearly a week. They get here, look confused, and take 10 minutes to call dispatch and figure out if there’s room for the broken bed frame pieces before finally doing it.I mention that their dispatcher told me SPECIFICALLY that they would also take the cardboard boxes and wooden pallets. Of course, they refused and left in a hurry. Called dispatch back and their answer was “whoever told you that should’ve checked first.”Pilot is one of those companies that really shouldn’t be in business.

So devastated, the reviews are true apparently, first and last time using their services. They delivered my crate to different customer, by the time they sorted that out, it got to my customer broken badly. 50 cents per pound is all they will cover when they damage something, so if you are forced to use them, GET SOME KIND OF EXTRA INSURANCE FOR SURE. This $4,500 project turned into a return from an unhappy customer, Pilot was so slow, that client didnt want to deal with the process again.

Was monitoring delivery through a tracking number and shipment arrived at their distribution facility in Hawthorne (about 5 miles away from me) this morning. Since estimated delivery was scheduled for 5pm today, I made myself available...but decided to call just before 4pm to check. After some confusion, they said they couldnt deliver it...but that I could schedule a delivery for tomorrow. No reason given for why they couldnt make a delivery today. The nonchalant attitude and confused response made me feel like they arent really on top of things.update:So yesterday I scheduled delivery for today between 11am-3pm . The tracking service says its out for delivery. At 2pm, I get a call from a giggling member of the staff asking me if I would like to schedule a delivery. I explained to her that I already scheduled a delivery. I guessed she looked at her screen and said oh yeah, its being delivered...thanks!How does this place stay in business? Im staying positive: But fingers crossed that my shipment arrives in one piece.

Had scheduled a pickup for a TV that was being returned (for being defective). I had received the confirmation email on 8FEB2018 from Pilot stating they would be picking up my TV (packaged and ready to go) between 12-3p on 13FEB2018. At 5p, I called to see where they were. They had told me that they never dispatched the driver, and they could put me on the books for the next day.That means, had I not called, Pilot was NEVER going to pick up my scheduled and purchased pickup. They were just going to pocket the money and pretend it never happened.Never mind the added stress of rearranging my schedule for another day so that they could honor their business promises.Don’t waste your time or money on these frauds.

I was expecting a delivery on Monday. I took the day off work to receive it. After it never arrived, I called. They claimed to have called me that same Monday to schedule a delivery. They NEVER called or attempted to call. There was nothing on my call log of even a missed call from them. Also, if the item was supposed to have been delivered on Monday, why didnt they call the day before or the Friday before? When I questioned them, they were extremely rude and dismissive. I had to schedule the delivery which now means I have to take another day off from work.

The office was dirty on the floor. The receptionist was friendly. O.P. mgr is not so professional neither acknowledging about their operations...Some how her last name is exactly the same as of one of their head person (shown on their web site). Sooo maybe thats how she got her job here??

I waited all day today for an order I was suppose to have delivered by 3pm only to have someone in the Hawthorne offfice tell me it wasnt in the truck and they can try again tomorrow. No call, email or notice if this...Bad enough I had an issue with Walmart Website getting this and now Pilot is going to lie to me about shipping things as well.I will never do business with ANY company that uses this freight service to ship large items and I suggest the same for anyone hoping to get anything they order both on time or a timely fahion...Do not shop with Walmarts website or anybody that uses Pilot Freight as their delivery service!

We were given a delivery time of 12-4pm. It is now 5:20pm. No delivery, no updates... we called at 3pm to confirm the delivery and we were told that they are on their way. We have been calling and texting the same number and not getting a response anymore. However, we know they are reading our messages (iMessage read receipt).I wouldn’t recommend this company.

His has to be the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I show up right when they open and Im standing right by the window and the woman refuses to acknowledge me. Finally, I have to literally walk up face to face to the window before getting helped. After receiving my receipt, I hand it to a guy on a forklift and he tells me give me a minute. So I try to be patient, and give him time. Little did I know 35 mins later, my tv was sitting ready to go for 25 mins. No communication, no customer service. I loaded my own damn tv in my truck and left disappointed. Never again will I purchase an item that uses Pilot freight.

The scheduled time was 8am to 1pm, they called me at 6.40pm to ask why i wasnt home to accept delivery!!!Made a second delivery appointment they did not turn up so i called again and they put me on hold and then cut me off twice. i called again and they told me my delivery had been changed but obviously decided to change it without telling me.

I set up the return time from 3-7 pm (which is already an extremely long window) and the guy never showed up. Once we called him he told us he was not coming today and wanted to postpone to the next day. I moved my work schedule around and still showed up late
