Perfect working model for Private or Co-Work space in Westchester. Have been very happy since moving here 1.5 years ago.

Excellent co-working space. Well managed, professional, clean. I would highly recommend it. (I rented space here a second time. Professional feel with a cozy atmosphere. A comfortable place to get some work done. Great coffee, access to kitchenette, with fridge, water cooler, microwave, and cabinets filled with real kitchenware and silverware, so you can bring your own lunch. Copier, internet access, etc. Very clean. 24/7 access.)

I have been a member for more than 10 years and have had a very positive experience. The suite is very well maintained and if there is ever an issue, it is resolved expeditiously. It is a really modern facility with state of the art communications and security. It also has conference room facilities available when needed. It is in a very prime location with more than ample parking and access to major roads within minutes. I would highly recommend Suite Space to anyone looking for a well maintained and professional environment.

Ive been a tenant here for 9 years and I have no plans on moving my business any time soon. The suite is clean and professional and the people are great. Ample free parking and proximity to highways makes this building very convenient for me and my clients. It takes me just 10 minutes to get to the courthouse in the center of White Plains. Having a conference room, photocopier and postage meter available makes running my own business that much easier.As a solo practitioner, I like being in a suite with other professionals. There is always someone to say good morning to and I enjoy the feeling of connection while still maintaining my autonomy. Its the perfect balance.

I have rented this space for several years as a mortgage professional along with my closing attorney. The place is bright, clean and has lots of windows. The private suites have many other professionals and is a great place to impress your clients. The location is second to none, close to many major highways and has ample parking. There is a nice kitchen which is always stocked with fresh coffee and a conference room for your convenience. The exterior offices have large windows with foliage views. Would highly recommend if your in the market for this type of shared suite space. The people who rent and the owners are very nice.

Since my occupancy began in July 2018, I have enjoyed every aspect of this Suite Space. The fellow tenants on the floor come from different backgrounds and it has been a pleasure getting to know them professionally and personally, which adds to a wonderful office environment. Ample parking and conveniently located, the suite and grounds are impeccably maintained as well.

Professional and collegial executive space owned and managed within an Accounting Firm, VOIP telephones and Internet ready, personable staff and well presented offices, Suite-Space has a long history at the site and a well-deserved reputation for responsive and hands-on service. We relocated here from a nearby national space-provider and only regret not doing so sooner.
