Doug and his trusty crew are top shelf. I refer to him as Winston Wolf because he solves problems. I also work crazy hours and have sent work ticket in at 3:00AM and BAM there they are taking over remotely and fixing my issues. I dont have a laptop so in March 17th 2020 we had to start working from home. I had 20 min to pack up and go. Doug told me what to get for my PC... there was a pause and he said you are already configured... get a wifi insert $25 and your good. I was up and running from home within an hour. On a side note, Doug has also gone out of his way to help every time I get a new iPhone to make sure all my email comes up seamlessly. Garden State Computing has outstanding personalized customer service.
