I had an amazing experience with Integrated Performance. I received a ridiculous quote from Toyota on work that I thought was excessive and overpriced. I brought the quote to them. They made their own inspection and gave me their recommendations, which were a lot more reasonably priced. I ultimately ended up with even more improvements for a much lower price. The communication was great between us. This is my mothers car. I am very careful about what professionals I bring around her and how they treat her. They were very kind and helpful. I myself was referred their by another satisfied customer. Everyone was wearing masks and were compliant with all things I would expect from any company wanting to protect themselves and the public from Covid infection. Im excited because this is the first time I think I found my mechanic and look forward to a long auto-relationship. Great Instagram presence also. Would absolutely recommend to everyone. They definitely passed the mom test!

It is sufficient for the time being and presents a platform for people to communicate for now however, the effectiveness of it is still yet for me to see for i am not sure the impact my opinion will have using it.

Integrated Performance is without a doubt the best place to have your Miata serviced or for any performance upgrades. I recently had lowering springs, more performance oriented anti-sway bars, and an axle back exhaust put on my 2016 Mx 5 ND and Alex did the work expertly. The cost is very reasonable given that this is a very experienced shop. I recently brought my car back for an alignment prior to an open track day. Alexs brother Manny did the work and the car tracked beautifully. If you are a Miata aficionado, you will be very comfortable having Integrated Performance take care of your car. These shop owners obviously enjoy what they do and they are very enthusiastic and interested in making these little cars into high performance machines. This is the only shop I will use.

If youre a miata lover or car enthusiast, Intergrated will feel like an amusement park. I love going there and seeing all the customers cars. Alex (owner) and his team know their stuff and have been able to quickly resolve any issues Ive had with my cars. More importantly, it feels good having a shop you can trust. Alex is very cool and down to earth. Great shop that uses OEM parts wherever possible. Fairly priced and they do great work. I took my Mazdaspeed Miata in for timing belt and water pump service and discovered other issues with the car. I opted to do the additional work and found out that my car was never running right before. Alex knows what hes doing.

Came in here for one thing, then end up paying for something else completely. TWICE. This place preys on your lack of knowledge so beware.I come in one last time just to make sure he wasnt just having a bad day and maybe he was right about that other weird car fixes. Nope, I asked if I can come in, says he cant that hes too busy, then says if I want to come in and thatll it be around $300 for a $80 fix. Wait I thought you were busy though??This place reeks of greed

I took my Miata to IP with a steering rack noise problem. The dealer wanted a ton of money to replace it. Alex found the problem to be a sheared mounting bracket bolt and replaced it. They are the best!

Ive been ripped off. alex told me he knew someone who could fix my air-conditioner. Now the compressor is froze, and he is refusing to make good on it. I wouldnt recommend him for anything
