Terrible customer service. Instead of approaching you, they will just stare at you like you shouldn’t be there. Don’t try asking questions because they can’t seem to be bothered to help you or give you any kind of reasonable explanation for anything. I felt so uncomfortable here, if they think you don’t know anything, they’ll quote you on their highest prices without even attempting to give you any different rate. Just because you don’t have it at the moment doesn’t mean you can be lazy. If things can be ordered why would I want to pay the highest price you have? I literally would never recommend this place to anybody, not with the condescension I experienced.

Great experience! Scott was awesome! Great customer service. He took the time to make sure I would get the correct tires for my vehicle. Gave me a few prices for different brands. I feel he went the extra mile to help me and I do appreciate it because now days it is very hard to find places like that. The guy who changed the tires (Sam) was super nice to the guy who did my alignment.I will recommend this location to my friends and family.Great job guys!!!!!

Oh WOW. They found tires no one else had. Theyre a little slow, but get the job done right. They have mechanics for all thats related. Shocks, struts, brakes, and steering components.

The new staff informed me the three times I came to the store how long the wait was which I truly appreciated with my busy schedule. I drive past 5 to 8 different locations. I trust honest people not so much the company.Know where your employees live and put them close to home and stop switching them up. This industry is about trust from the person not your products.

American Tire Depot of Hawthorne is absolutely pleasant professionalfrom the first call I spoke with Scott AWESOME he help me get the right tire and had the tire ready for me the next morning appointment 8 am. Once the tire was on the car Edwin another AWESOME person suggest that we get alignment on the car to make sure, the car tire will drive evenly sound good to me ( see they are taking care of my Uncle car Yes we did need alignment we got it) All of the Team of American Tire Depot I give 5 star because you are best of the best that works on the car AWESOME JOB to the team. Move forward this will be my go to place for oil change, brake, battier, all of the needs of the car that they take care of Ill be there for my service. Blew out a tire last night and needed a place open today- walked in and these guys took care of it. I had to wait a while since they were down one tech, but they were really helpful in getting the new tire set up and checking over the spare to make sure it was roadworthy. Would use them again.

I saw that they had a 4th of July buy 3 get 1 free special deal on tires so I placed an order online and scheduled an appointment. My tires were available earlier so I received a call from them letting me know as well as giving me the option to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment if I wanted to. I was busy so I ended up coming in during my scheduled appointment today.Service was very quick and friendly. I cant recommend this location enough. I was in and out with a new set of tires, an oil change, and a wheel alignment within 2 1/2 hours.D.Santana (didnt get your first name) helped me and was helpful, courteous, and wasnt pushy with extra services. Overall, he was wonderful to work with and made everything go smoothly. I left very happy and satisfied with my experience. It was like night and day compared to the service that I have previously received at Pep Boys, Firestone, and the Kia service dept. Those places were always late, pushy with add-on services, and unpleasant to deal with.I am definitely making this my go to spot from now on for all future car maintenance. Ive been to this location a couple of times for service and the customer service is always really good. I had a small issue when I was there last week and they worked it out without any problems. I was shocked because I wasnt asking for anything, we were just having a conversation at the check out area. So, I left pleasantly surprised and will return for my routine car maintenance.

Thank goodness for Scott and Walter at American Tire Depot! Four professionals have already looked at my car and my tires saying they fixed the problem of my tire pressure light going off, but the issue kept coming back. Finally, I went to American Tire Depot. Scott made me feel at ease and gave me updates while Walter worked his magic finding and fixing my punctured tire. Walter was meticulous and quick. Even though I showed up early to my appointment, they had me in and out in less than an hour. Ive learned my lesson: Im going to you guys first next time!

Excellent service and good price, right about what I was expecting to spend. Was greeted promptly, car was able to be worked on right away. It took 1.5 hours for 4 tire mount and balance with a 4 wheel alignment.

Scott was very friendly and helpful from the time I spoke to him on the phone to inquire about the tire that I needed to the whole process of inspecting my old tires and getting my new ones installed. I had a really good experience there and am happy with my new tires. Will go back to get two more tires in a couple of months.

I had a sudden flat tire while driving and google searched tire shops near by and American Tire Depot came up in the selection. It was my first and only call needed as, Scott (the representative I spoke with) was able to verify that they had the tire I needed in stock... in fact they had a wide selection of different tier tires to choose from for a fair price with an excellent three year warranty. I drove right over on my spare tire and was in and out of there in about an hour! I’m looking forward to going back to get the other tires replaced!

I had to get a new set of tires, and I got a great deal here. I went to get the tires installed at possibly the busiest time of the day, but Edwin and Omar were very aware of my time, and were extremely accommodating to my situation. Loving the new tires, good customer service but disliking the labor process.Had an appointment to swap tires @ 2pm and they started working on it at 4:30ish when they close at 5pm, they literally rushed the labor, damaged my rim paint and forgot to link the TPMS sensors.Now I gotta go back and wait to get it fixed when they should have installed them right from the beginning.Waste of my time if you ask me.

My wife went here to get a tire replaced and they sent her home with a old completely bald tire. When I called them on it. They said it was an alignment issue. The tire had less then 1k miles on it. And when we had the alignment tested it was completely fine. He then said I hadn’t rotated it fast enough....it had less then 1k miles on it! Scam artist. Please beware

They tried to charge me $570 for one tire. I honestly felt like they tried to take advantage of me because I was a women, by myself, and in a crisis. My tire blew out on the fwy and AAA towed me there I had just got off work at 6am and had to wait two hours in the parking lot for them to open at 8am. They seen my situation and used it to their advantage.

Prompt professional service, very helpful, god prices and quality. Only complaint, no lug nuts at the store, they have to order otherwise great place, I will keep coming.

I checked in @ 08:53 am, and was told about 2 hours. The young man was very pleasant. I noticed other started coming in and getting thing done while I was waiting. After 2 1/2 hours my car was siting up my old tires removed and no action.I went in to find out what was going on and was told the district manager was talking to the guy’s.That Didn’t sit well with me you don’t get to have a powwow on my time when I am patiently waiting. With that they moved and put my tires on however yesterday my radiator is leaking. I smell a rat! Can’t prove it but I didn’t have that challenge before.

Came in for an alignment and was told i needed additional work. I was hesitatant at first because it wasnt a small cost fix. Omar who helped me from the beggining was nice enough to send me a video of how bad the part i had on car was. After seeing it i knew he was looking out for me, So i went ahead and let them proceed. My car felt sooo good, Definitely knew work was done on car. Extremely happy with the customer service provided by Omar and the amazing staff. Definitely recommend this place.

I came here about 3 years ago and had a bad experience. I remembered and almost turned around but Jesus told me he will be able to get me tires that other places dont have in stock the same day so I gave them another chance.Also the manager I had a bad experience with no longer works there.He was able to find me my tires from different locations and had them installed plus alignment and finished after their normal closing time so they went above and beyond. Props to Jesus for the customer service and the techs for being quick and professional.

Well I called them on Friday SALES guy said he would be ready tommorow when 4 tires would be delivered!I called 11am on sat said come after 12 noon get there ! No parking ! Get in store where I noticed television and 1 seat in ac cooler room but seen 5 people sitting outside its 90 degrees and 85% humidity so I got a great price 3rd in charge good man but there was a black man that was inside sitting in cool room he finished so I sat in the chair for about 20min. Then signed o.k. for 4 tires and oil change in this time the seat was removed and 3rd in charge I told him wheres the seat well assistant manager says I cant wait inside I would have to go outside so I said then forget 526 dollars I was going spend on tires oil change 3rd in command asked the manager he said yes I could wait inside so I grabbed a chair brought it inside ! Was watching television well all there were talking Spanish I am white but know Spanish took 4 years in school well assistant was talking bad about me nothing worth getting upset over watching marvel movie and about 1 hr. Goes by and the assistant turns off television so I reading news on my phone finally after 2hrs they had finished my truck ! Great job ! But assistant in my opinion is costing the company money for being rude and disrespectful ! But 3rd in charge was awesome and manager ! Overall job was awesome only the assistant manager was a jerk ! I will refer others to the store !

Jason at American tire on rosecrans In Lawndale just changed my water pump on my Ford . Pep Boys in Hawthorne wanted to do it for $273 more.

Fast, efficient and won’t make you waste your money.

After finishing work, one of my wheels was open and they had to pay for the mechanic to get my car back to normal.

Had a nail and took my car to have the fix. The gentleman that assisted me was very professional and took care of the nail immediately. I asked him for a quote on new tires and he told me that I have about 10k to go before needing new tires. I was really happy that he didnt sell me something that I didnt need at the moment. The waiting area and parking are very neat and clean. I will definitely come back again.

This issue was beyond resolved by the District Manager, although I did have an unpleasant experience at this location after writing a review Management reached out and made every possible effort to correct the experience I had, it was very nice to know they care about there customersI pre-order my tires online having done my homework on what I wanted. I walk in and said I had an appointment and ask the service man to make sure he had the tires I requested online he said he did. Three hours later my car was done and I noticed I was being charged more then what was quoted online. When I brought this up the person I orginally spoke with said well its only $9 its because of the tax . I accepted that excuse. As I was driving home I decided to look at my receipt and realized they had put different tires on my car then what I ordered online they gave me a lower grade (H rated not V) different brand tire that cost more money . I was FURIOUS because I walked in and specificity ask do you have the tires I ordered online. I thought maybe they didnt have them and decided to give me the tires they put on . Needless to say I went back . I find out they did have the tires I requested online. The sales associate took it upon himself to decide to give me tires that where more expensive and lower quality because I was a WOMAN and thought I would not notice . A different associate said it like mc donalds you put the order in and we put on what the screen say witch was total bs because the guy had my online order up I highly doubt he was given a totally different tire on the same order. What made matters worse is the person who caused this mess did not even apologize at all. They said they would swap my tires out for the one that I had ordered online.After waiting an hour and my car was sitting on the rack without tires I decided to ask for my old tires back and decided not to do business with this tire shop . Had they apologized I think I would have gave them a second chance. I am going to COSTCO for my tires where you find associate with actual customer service. I will say the people who work on the cars themselves were very nice and seem to be doing a good job.

I went in thinking that I would have to pay a whole bunch of money but I was able to get out of there for under $300. If you get a diagnostic done there and then choose to get service done your diagnostic is free. One of the guys by the name of Jerry took good care of me. I would recommend this location to to a friend.

My last stop for tire shopping on a Saturday afternoon. This worked out to be my best choice in service and quality. Omar worked with me for 5 minutes on what my problem was and a solution came within minutes. Im very grateful for the encounter.
