I get explanations I can understand. These gentlemen manage to schedule & complete repairs pretty much as presented in needed work list.

My car’s check engine light came on, and I took it to Northern. They dropped what they were doing to check the code. Unfortunately, they couldn’t get me in for about 2 weeks, so I made the mistake of taking it to another shop in town thinking it was a minor issue. The other shop said it was a blown head gasket and it would cost around $3000 to fix. I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, so I waited to bring it back to Northern. Northern Auto charged me less to fix the actual problem than the other place did to “diagnose” it. They guys at Northern have been kind, professional, and trustworthy in my experience.As a female who doesn’t know much about cars, I feel comfortable taking my vehicle to them and getting an honest assessment. My only complaint is that they are so busy that it takes a bit to get in. There’s obviously a reason for that, though. I won’t make the mistake of going anywhere else in the future.

Heading from North Dakota to Glacier, had a pebble stuck in our axle making a horrible screeching noise. Thought we required a major repair, but the guys at Northern Auto Repair were able to quickly diagnose the issue and solve the problem. They wouldnt accept payment for the work, but we were sure to leave a nice tip. Would highly recommend!

Was passing through about 3 weeks ago and had my fuel pump going out. Northern auto quoted me at least 800 for just the pump and 3 weeks out. If thats the problem, he would have to check it out first. Got it to the pit crew in Malta. They got me in the next day and cost 412 installed and out the door. Im sure you can guess where I would suggest you go if youre in the area. I made it back to North Dakota in time for work and cant thank the pit crew enough.

Northern Auto replaced my engine and kept my adviced as to any other problems . They have a highly qualified mechanical staff, They were very professional, the work performed was clean and Ive had no problems . I highly recommend Northern Auto Repair, And Ill continue to use this honestly run shop in Havre Montana

Shout out to the great service. We were broken down while traveling and they got our van in within hours and worked on it till finished. It was in the fuel pump and they took the pump apart and repaired it so it would be more affordable and get us back out on the road. It is running smoothly now. I would recommend them any time!

They got us in for a quick service on our a/c Freon. In and out 30 minutes. The place was a tad hard to find, but after we called we found it easy.

I can’t say enough good things about Matt and Craig. I took them our church’s shuttle bus and not only did they do a great job fixing it, they stayed late to do it. Then they charged me below their quote. Havre is blessed to have you guys.
