Very informative, experienced mechanics. They worked on my car beyond an oil change. I have been using their service fifteen years. I thank them for the great service to my cars and their friendly manner.

When I worked in Haverstraw(05-09) I would come here all the time for oil changes and car washes. So to my surprise when I went the other day, they were still pleasant and did work in a timely manner. The air freshener I bought from inside the store was $6, but thats another story. I would definitely recommend this place to people.

I needed an oil change on a Sunday. My regular place was closed. Found Lo Tor on Google and was afraid theyd turn me away because I arrived at 2:48 and they close at 3.I pulled in, the guy told me to stay in my car and pop the hood. I did, and then he came back to let me know how much it would be since my car needed synthetic oil plus an extra quart. After I approved, they did the work while I remained seated comfortably.Then he instructed me on how to reset the cars maintenance schedule, placed a sticker on the windshield and wished me a good day.I was out by 3:02.This was an amazing experience. I will be back!

Exceptional service! Always takes about ten minutes for the oil change and runs about $40 for standard oil. They also check brakes, belts, fluids, tire pressure, and air filter. Of course, you don’t have to accept the additional services if needed but it’s a plus that they check at no extra cost. The car wash is great too. $10 for exterior wash and interior vacuuming and window cleaning. It’s not a ride through car wash though.

I’ve been going here for oil changes, these guys are awesome. Very quick, probably $10-$15 cheaper than other places I’ve been nearby, very courteous and professional - they don’t try to up-sell you on stuff you don’t need. Always out the door very quickly.

They are always ready. They dont try to sell you any unnecessary add-ons. If they see something wrong, they will alert you and you choose whether or not to have it taken care of there or someplace else. I used to go to other places but Ive been going to this spot for a few years. Their efficiency is not duplicated any place else.Also, their prices are competitive. Thank you, Low Tor Quick Lube 🙂

This has always been a good car wash (3-4 stars) but my most recent visit was terrible (1-2 stars). There were very few cars ahead of me (2-3 max) but I waited on line for a solid 20 minutes and finally left without getting my car washed. I heard they just opened for the day because it had rained earlier so maybe they werent fully ready......if thats the case then dont open up. Dont open those doors until youre ready to go.

Horrible Experiance !!! I Went for an oil change this morning! I have a Toyota Camary 2012!! The guy tell me this car inly uses synthetic oil ! Keep in mind my husband works in a Car Shop and the reason i went is because i really needed one and its to cold for him to do it today!! Sooo the guy keeps exsisting he can only do that Synthetic! My husband says no i have always done regular oil!!! My husband get mad and ask him to take it out we will go somewhere else!! The was soo nasty... so we are waiting to get our car back and there is this elderly lady with car older than ours and the guy tells her the same thing of course she accepts a min later he comes back and says oh yo need a new filtter and says it will be 70$ more and a min later says she needs a new timing belt ( which has nothing to do with a oil change) all they want is to take as much money as they can from the customers!!! Never going there again scammers ✌🏼

Ive been going there for years. Theyve always done a great job, have a large variety of oil to choose from, and are fast and efficient. They check everything, and if they find something that needs to be replaced, theyll ask. They may not be the cheapest place around, but after trying Midas $19.99 deal, Ill stick with Low Tor.

Went for exterior car wash and yeah didnt have $6 cash on me because I never carry cash so the guy kept yelling at me to go pay inside while aggressively pulling on my door handle to the point of almost breaking it or certainly making me feel that he might so I had to yell back at him to stop and ask him to move away from my car in order to even allow me to get out of my car then he had a very nasty attitude the remainder of the time

How can you take old peoples money by telling them they need a timing belt when they come in for an oil change are you kidding me and then other peoples money and tell them they need synthetic oil you people are rip-offs
