The Gel nail polish was bad... it was sticky & not good..

Place appears to be clean and uncluttered. However the customer service is not good at all. The gel polish started chipping and peeling in less than 2 days. Staff there wanted to take no responsibility nor tried to assist with the raised concern. Staff instead sat and talked and laughed in their language about me, not knowing that I was understanding some of what was being said. They eventually refunded my money.

My reason for giving two stars is because of my experience of the way my nails were done. Which I think they can improve. I am not to give bad reviews but the truth is I did not feel good about how my nails turned out. Maybe I should have let him know at the time but I preferred to leave it at that. In my experience I would not return and it was not because of the bad treatment but because of the way my nails were fixed.
