Got assigned this towing company from AAA and boy was he nasty from the start. His initial call was to ask where I was and I told him I was new here he got a bit snarky as if I was a disruption to his day. While he did address me as sir his tone expressed otherwise as he told me he was familiar with where I lived but insisted on specific directions-- a bit inconsistent- I immediately knew it was going to be a difficult interaction so I waited for him to arrive to flag him down. He got the car on the flatbed and said oh by the way it will be $18 for the toll after he took the card he said I will need to also charge you $1 for the use of a credit card. Just overall an arrogant guy who seemed to be put out by doing his job. Would never recommend this individual to work on any of my vehicles.

AAA sent someone out when I had a flat tire this Sunday evening. The gentlemen was paid $20 to remove a nail and plug the tire. He guarenteed me that the plug would hold for the duration of the life of the tire. Here I sit, in the parking lot of my job, waiting for AAA AGAIN because the same tire is flat. Disatisfied customer is not even the expression.
