Im sorry, but trying to find out anything about Haverhill Housing Authority is very hard. There is no website listing properties, voucher programs, staff, application process, etc. I do not need this I am doing research and I have time to run around to find this information, but those who need the services, where do they go? Where can they find this information. Why doesnt the HHA have a website? Other cities in the commonwealth do?

There are a couple of the workers here that are very rude, unprofessional, and very distasteful! Further more, they dont take you to a private room to discuss your business. They are out in the open letting everyone that walks through those doors get a good piece of your information!! Ive never been so humiliated in my life!
