Not something my fiance and I usually do but our schedules have been chaotic so I figured wed give it a shot. I was pleased with the pricing, compared to others I searched, so off our large loads of laundry went. Id say overall it came back in great shape but we ended up missing some of out stuff and had a random shirt in replacement, lol which was nothing compared to what was missing to say the least. Super odd Im giving it 5 stars, especially considering the extreme and intense rudeness I got from one of the employees when I called. Make a long story short, I made a trip back to the laundromat to retrieve our other belongings and got to speak with the manager Tina...shes the I that turned this whole dilemma around and explained to me how things were going behind the scenes and that she hopes we return and to just ask for her if we decide to go back, which we are but only because her and her husband whom run the show there were awesome and apologized over and over. We chatted for a bit and putting myself in her shoes, I definitely could relate and became way more understanding about the whole thing. Aside from the couple mishaps, Tina made up for it with her kind gestures and words. Highly recommended, but see Tina and let them know I sent you too......if you want. Like I said, great price for wash and fold and the clothes came out clean and fresh. Customer service plays a huge roll for me when an issue takes place, Tinas got that kind spirit it takes to turn things around. Went from 2 stars to 5 after talking with her. Their machine got stuck or whatever and took 1.5 to wash a load. The employee supposedly attempted to stop the machine once l complained but actually did nothing. When it finally finished, I asked if they were going to atleast dry them for me to help a customer out - nothing. Useless staff. Dirty floors. Lots of broken machines.Been coming here over two years and it’s not aging well.Stay away if you can help it.

Worst laundromat Ive ever been to. If you dont happen to have 6 dollars cash on you forget doing laundry. Dirty place too.

Washers and dryers work like they should I cant say as much for the employees

My clothes caught fire in one of their dryers last week. I have called the owner daily for a return call with no response. The workers have been very kind, but I would expect the owner to reach out. This is not how you should treat a customer of 5 years. I am hoping this will get him to return my call.

Most of the top loading washers dont work and havent been fixed in years. $3.75 to wash in those machines. The attendant and most of the people werent wearing masks even though the sign says you have to. The bathroom is locked saying no one can use it.

The place is clean with lots of machines and dryers... But NO HOT WATER??? Crazy, people dont realize they put their laundry in the machines and walk away. Not realizing that theres noHot water on the 2nd. Cycle. Crazy...

They need to clean out the dryer drums. Sometimes they are dirty or have sticky stuff on metal. Gum?...hate not being able to use the biggest dryers because the drums are dirty. Otherwise a great place.

Fastest Drying most efficient and reliable Laundromat/machines available near our home!!

Only had on issue and it was a drier that after running my clothes I found had not heated up. When i told the staff that marked the drier as broken right away and set me up and paid for the drier use in a working machine.

The best option around in my opinion, the cleanliness is starting to go down hill. I hope this is corrected.

Good place with reasonable prices. You do need to purchase a card which is refundable for 4 dollars that gets loaded with funds which are not refundable.

Owner, manager and employee. Will not give a receipt for laundry card ($6.00) and fill up on card for wash/dry to a local non- profit. Oh wait, they will do it one time but “we can’t be giving a receipt every week.” What do other businesses do? “They have us do their laundry, but that costs more.”

This place is horrible and so expensive I have never seen such outrageous prices to wash laundry in my life!!!

No attendant, but you must purchase a card to use the machines.$6.00 for a card. But you need an attendant of you dont have exactly 6 bucks. Doesnt take quarters nor cards. I waited from 6:30 to 7:30 then left with just my time wasted
