Express is a revolving door of low class high turn over companies. They dont try to place you in a good fit. They just want to place you with whatever company that needs slots filled at the moment. They flat out lie on most of their job descriptions and will send you to work at places after youve told them multiple times that youre not interested in those types of jobs. Theyll also blacklist you when you leave or refuse jobs that they know arent right for you . Express is all about keeping slots filled and thats it.

I went to express employment. I fill out an application give them my resume. They drug test me. Then after I pass the drug test. The young lady asked what type of jobs I am looking for. I told her administration related work. She told me to go on their website an apply for those positions. I did just that. And Went called to take that status of the applications. The young lady said the position was fill. A week late I checked the website. And one of the jobs was still there. I decided to call them about the position. The people that work that express employment is unprofessional. This young man to me the only job I qualify for is to work on a chicken yard chasing chickens and hanging them. That was his words exactly. I have a high school diploma, management skills, customer service skills. I went to school for medical billing and coding. I have an Associate of Science Degree. I also have front office operation experience. The young man said they put you where you qualify at. I have never work in any type of place like that on my life. And he said that is what I qualify for. He also said we place people in the right fit for the companies. I feel that express employment has insulted my intelligence. I rated express employment 0 stars. If you are looking for a job this place is not it. Please run and run quickly. This place is unprofessional and will not help you get a job especially if you qualify for it.

My brother in law went into the Hattiesburg location yesterday and was told to go to the chicken plant TODAY for work. He lives in Purvis and drove all the way to Moselle for them to tell him they didnt have a list at all from Express nor did they have his name down. We called Express and a lady admitted that they hadnt sent the list over! Yall at least could have called him and instead of letting him waste his gas that he had to borrow money for to begin with. Then had the audacity to call my mother unprofessional for calling them to give her a piece of her mind🤣 about THEIR UNPROFESSIONALISM!

Came into Express looking for a job. I was treated with such kindness from the staff, they were very understanding about my situation. We completed the hiring process, and I started a job the next day. I highly recommend this location, they try their hardest to find a position that matches ur past work history.Thanks Express for the job and treating me with such kindness!!!

I have been retired for 2 years, and have been looking to rejoin the workforce. I have applied for many jobs through this agency, only to get no response. I finally decided to stop by their office, and ask if they have been working my resume. They told me Employers are looking for at least 6 months of recent work experience. I am suspecting that they just dont want to be bothered with working my resume, because of the lengthy gap in my employment. Before retiring I worked for a local trucking company for 17.5 years. I also processed applications, dealing with lengthy gaps in some of the applicants recent work history. We did require more information to cover the gap, and as long they submitted the requested information, we were able to approve the application. While lengthy gaps are challenging, they ARE NOT impossible to verify with SOMETHING.
