I cannot even begin to explain how impressed I was at the quality and professionalism of this company!!!! Dale, the owner, spoke to me in detail on the phone and explained the difference in “pressure washing” vs “soft washing”. After he shared his knowledge, I knew that I wanted to go with him. He promptly came to my home to give me a quote, and I was pleasantly surprised with his reasonable offer. I accepted, but explained to him that I was crunched for time because I needed it done before my son’s birthday. He did everything in his power to work me in his schedule. They arrived on time in two trucks with trailers full of all kinds of cleaning equipment. They were dressed professionally in company uniforms and all of the workers (including Dale) spoke to me. They were very professional and friendly. They immediately got to work and TRANSFORMED my house!! It looks brand new!!! 🤩 They cleaned the mildew off the vinyl, the brick, windows, lights, fans, and steps! I noticed he customized the cleaner and pressure to the different parts of my house. When we first reached out to Dale, with Extemem Pro Wash, he called back within an hour or so and apologized for missing the call, because he WAS ON A JOB! And still called back within a timeframe that warranted no apology at all. He added us to his calendar for a drive by look and quote that very weekend. Within 24 hours, we had a very detailed quote, with pictures, for each area: house, roof, patio, porches, sidewalk, and driveway.After reviewing the quote, we asked for his next availability, which was a couple weeks out. We were in no hurry, so that worked out fine. He even gave us a reminder text the night before, that he and his crew would be there at 8 am the next morning.I left for work, and he and his crew got to work. And man, as my wife said, when he and his crew were finished, everything was spic and span. The owner Dale came out the same day as when I called for estimate. He looked at the entire house, shed, and deck. He was very detailed in the services that he would be providing. He explained the soft washing process and how the chemicals were powerful enough to kill the algae and remove the dirt and grime, yet not harmful to the exterior, or grass and plants. Dale and his crew came on the scheduled day. They were prompt, professional looking, and got right on the job. They started from the roof and worked down to the ground and cleaned everything in between. The pine straw and algae on the roof were removed, the gutters were cleaned out, and soft washed. The gutters look amazing and brand new. The entire house was cleaned. Special care was taken for the front door. They removed all the furniture off the deck, cleaned the mildew off, and replaced everything back. They cleaned all patio furniture. Everything was cleaned top to bottom, spic and span, and it looks amazing! You can walk outside and smell the cleanliness!, They worked almost 7 hours on our home. We are 100% happy with the services provided. The cost was well worth the money. We will be using Dale again for all our future house cleaning needs. No question. Thanks Dale for everything.

We had a very positive experience with Dale and his Extreme Pro Wash crew. My wife and I just purchased a lake home and the buildings were an absolute mess--algae growing on the roof and siding, moss in clogged gutters, spider webs and other insect remnants under the eaves--it was bad. Fortunately, our real estate agent recommended Dale for a quality exterior cleaning and I am glad we followed up. After a 2-day cleaning, the 3 buildings on our property are spotless. Its very clear that Dale and his crew have a close eye for detail and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly. They were careful to mask off parts of the building where cleaners could be harmful and carefully rinsed off all exterior plants so they would not be harmed by the cleaning detergents. Very pleased with the work that they did!
