Loved it. Got my 6 year old a manicure and my 10 yr got her nails done with me. They are friendly and they speak clearly so you can understand.

This used to be my favorite place to go, but not as of lately. They have new faces that aren’t the most professional and act like those in the shops I refuse to go to. I like to get serviced with silence or compliments only. The last two ladies that did my pedicures were so distracted with their side bar conversations that they didn’t do as good on my toes. The last time I went I was getting gel, like always, and the gurl forgot to put on the top gel coat to give my nails that shine and long lasting look, but tried charging me for it. The prices seem to keep changing as well. A full pedicure with gel is one price from one person and a different price next time with another person. What’s really going on? Why not have a list of prices posted and ensure the workers stick to that. Let’s just say that was my Very Last time going here.

I called this nail salon several times and was hung up on. Not sure what else to say, terribly unprofessional.

Yes the nails were cute but they were not worth $55 dollars when they were simple. I usually go to a different place and they charge me $35 but it charged me $55 dollars for a more simple work that it would at my other nail salon for a harder work. Also at first they told me it would be $40 but when they was halfway through they said $55. I will not be coming back here

Poor customer service and short coffin shape was rushed and looks unprofessional. Yet I was still nice to them and paid for the mess.

I always come here! I’ve tried everyone until today. This man was rude, his work was sloppy and he wasn’t open to hear my complaint! I still paid even though he didn’t change the mess he made. I’ve heard several woman complain about his work. I was hoping for a better experience especially since I’ve been coming here for years

I went to get a soak off. The lady sat me down after waiting an hour and a half and looked at my nails then asked if she could pick them off instead of soaking them off. Then once she soaked them for about three minutes she started using the electric file and didn’t get all the acrylic off. She broke two of my nails during this process, didn’t get all the acrylic off, and cut my nails unevenly.

Always go here and my nails stay fly and there awesome with the eyebrows

For $ 55 I expected a lot better ! First off the nails are already expensive. Gel nails were $45. I’ve never paid that much for gel nails! I accepted the price and let them continue with my nails . They end up charging me $55 saying my nails were longer than normal and I didn’t even get them long ! I also had them put a dab of glitter around my nails and that was xtra as well ! The gel polish was rushed ! They didn’t even fill my nail all the way ! They left a gap at the top which makes it look like i already need a refill !! I am so disappointed!! Rip off ! Then charged 25 for gel on my toes and that wAs rushed as well ! I will never go back to this nail shop again ! The only reason why I didn’t stay and make them redo it was because I was in a rush and had already been waiting !!! I wish Debbie was still employed there !! She is better than all the new people there !!

Too expensive for the work they do every time I get my nails done here the second day 2or 3break I would not recommend this nail salon

It was an old woman who did my pedicure and it was the worst one I have ever had. I had to keep telling/asking was she going to do this or that. I did receive a massage, no lotion and she only put oil on my leg none on my feet.

Absolutely the worst experience last week. When your nails literally get HOT because they are over filing, you know you’re screwed. Don’t pay attention to detail. Sloppy and talk about you in their language and think you won’t understand. There’s a reason why there is never a wait here. NEVER AGAIN.

They were quick and well priced. The shop was very clean and had a relaxing feeling. I love my nails and so so my friends. I really like their color choices.

I won’t be back. For a $30 pedi...Terrible! I wanted a full set and a pedi...we didn’t even make it to the full set because they didn’t do both at the same time and by the time he was done with my pedi I didn’t want him touching my hands. When I complained about the paint being caked on and that it didn’t look right he told me it was because of the way my toe was made and not his poor job. I had to walk away to calm myself down then come back to request that someone else fix it. I won’t be back. This guy claimed to be the manager and said he had no problems with me posting these pics for potential customers to see...

I loved the experience. The man who worked on me was nice, and really took his time. Its a nice place. Will definitely be going back

Workers were nice and funny. Originally went to a place that botched my nails, but they fixed them up. They’re great at drawing designs or recreating any nail set you show them.

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR LASHES DONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LEAVE BALD FACE!!! I went here to get my lashes and eyebrows done. They did my eyebrows perfectly but this is the worst experience I have E V E R had with lashes. When the lady was doing my lashes my eyes were watering and burning uncontrollably. I’ve had my lashes done many times before at different places so I understand your eyes will water but this was different, they were burning. I was struggling to even keep my eyes open and told the lady that my eyes were burning 3 different times and she told me that it was just the fumes from the glue... once she got done with the lashes they looked great, but they HURT which is not supposed to happen and they were HARD AS A BRICK didn’t even feel like lashes or any kind of hair, felt like hard plastic and some of the lashes were on the skin of my eyelid and not even on my lash line. They hurt so bad to just have them on that I decided to take them off the next day and ALL OF MY LASHES CAME OFF WITH THEM. This was the most painful experience I have ever had in general not even just with lashes. Never go here for lashes unless you want to die.

The three times I been there I didnt have a problem. They have a nice sitting area and the service was great!

They had my nails soaking off for an hour. 1 lady sat with her feet kicked back on her phone. 2 were walking to & from the back doing nothing & another man sat around drinking coffee . 3 people came in after me & left before me. I asked who’d be doing my nails he pointed to the lady with her feet kicked back, when another customer walked in she jumped right to her service. Never going back, awful service, they don’t speak, & racist.

I have been going here for a few months now because its close to my work. I havent been blown away with their services but kept coming back for the conscience of the location. I went by yesterday evening and they were remodeling but the man told me they would take me. While I was getting my nails done, three people came by and they told them they were closed. The man that did my nails seemed aggravated that he was having to do my nails. First, the gel color that I picked out they couldnt find because of the remodel. I got my usual refill overlay over my nail (no tip) and gel polish. I have two nails that he filed the edge down to the point that it hurt and they are killing me today. So sore I cant touch them. The worst part is my nails are so thick and look horrible. I normally dont complain but I called and spoke to a lady and explained how dissatisfied I was. She told me that they were closed yesterday. I explained the situation and asked if they could correct the problem but she told me I could come tomorrow because they were busy! I spent $75 on nails, pedicure and eye brows waxed. I was in there for 2 hours and the only person there. That is extreme poor customer service. No need to remodel if this is the service youre offering your customers. I will give my money to a business that cares.

Ive been a repeat customer since I moved down here 2 years ago. I love the new Pedicure Chairs and the staff is friendly. Sometimes theres a slight language barrier but theres always a way to overcome that.

I have been here since 1:30 pm and it now 3:30 I have not neen touched. Im only here for my toes to be polished and the wait is ridiculously long. I also had someone go ahead of me and wasnt told if she was an appointment or not. I will follow my mind the next time and bypass right by here.

I went to get my eyelashes removed and it was terrible! The lady literally just ripped them off. I do not recommend here.

Got a pedi here and absolutely loved it! A little rough but worth it in the end. Definitely recommend them and will be back in the future!

Came here years ago and I’ll never go again. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. One of the nail technicians yelled at me when I’d tried to show her show a picture of some nails that I wanted for my next appointment. Yelling “ dang, girl!” The manager was standing right there too. Believe her name was amber. The unprofessionalism is far too much.

My worst experience. I paid $40 for my nails to be different lengths, the polish is way to thick. I can still see the old polish i had on my natural nails! And on top of that, some of my nails are square and some are square round.

I came in on 5/23/16. Every thing was going well until one of the employee who gave me a pedicure used a tool to push down garbage and then proceeded to try to use it on my feet. When I called him out on it he stated that it wasnt garbage... -_-. Then he said that I had bad feet because he was irritated that I said something. The last time I came in another employee scrubbed my friends feet so hard that she had several scratches on the bottom of her feet, some were even bleeding. I decided to give them another chance but after this incident I will only come back for my eyebrows because that is the only thing that they havent messed up. Beware.

Horrible first (and last!) experience (9/7/16). It was an act of congress for the nail technician to shape my nails the way I wanted them and other nail technicians I have had back at home have never had a problem doing what Ive requested. Also, he basically nickled-and-dimed me for everything and there is no visible pricing list for their services in the shop. I have never been to a nail shop that charges to cut down your nails when you need a fill in. He was very rough with my hands and when it was time to pay their machines were down and a lady, who I assume ran the shop, was very rude to me and making it seem like I didnt have the money so I have to leave some form of collateral and go to an ATM machine. All in all, these people dont care to provide good customer service and their services are grotesquely mediocre.**I advise college students to go to Top Nail!**
