They have the most delicious sausage and Mr. Enslin is extremely nice. He dropped off some jalapeno and cheese sausage at my work place for us to try and we were NOT disappointed! Will definitely be using Enslin and Son in the future!

Their smoked jalapeño and cheddar sausages are awesome! Small ish meat packing/processing company. They just opened a small sales office outside of the actual packing plant where they sell most of their selection.
