The people were nice and helpful! Only issue was I shipped a large glass aquarium. In big red letters on every side is said Fragile Glass aquarium. However, when I got there someone had stacked a pallet of stuff on one end.... not really smart

Missed pickup 4 days in a row after saying each time that they would be in. Worst FedEx Freight terminal out there. Now I have to re-schedule with a real carrier.
