Terry was very prompt in answering my call this morning and has already been to our home, examined it, swabbed for testing, and treated our home. From call time to point of arrival/treatment was less than 12 hours. He was extremely professional and wonderful to work with. We will highly recommend him and his team!

T. Ryals came out to inspect my roof very promptly and found the issue without difficulty. He instructed me of when I would need to replace the roof and was very honest about the life left in my roof. I will ALWAYS call him in the future with any roofing, mold, or repair needs I have.

I had a major leak that I could not find. I had pulled out ceiling tiles in my garage but was unable to tell where it started. T. Ryals sent out a seasoned professional who was able to isolate the leak, cut out to get to it, replace the copper, and get me up and going in a super short time. He rearranged their schedule to get me the support I needed within 24 hours of notifying him of my issue. I was not able to find anyone else in the Meridian area who was either capable of responding or who had the ability to get to me for over a week. I cannot imagine the damage that would have been done for waiting that long. He has bent over backwards helping me with the insurance claims adjuster as well. This is a great company of professional people. I definitely recommend them. Professional and on time. He was here when he said he would be here.

Terry’s company replaced our roof a couple of years ago. Terry was very professional and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. While sweeping the pine straw off the roof a couple of weeks ago, we found some soft spots. I called the office, and Terry came right out. He checked the roof, and he also swept the pine straw that had accumulated on the roof because of the recent storms. Terry didn’t charge me for the house call. Now, that is what I call service!
