There were cars backed up in lines at the other car washes but this one was moving cars through real quick. I didnt have to wait at all. Thank you

Too bad it doesnt have a roof over the vacuums. Cant wash your car on a rainy or hot day because of no coverage. Aside from that it was quick easy and simple 👍🏼

I’m new to the hattiesburg area and I’ve been wanting to get my car wash for months! I am amazed of how good of a job it did!! Definitely will be back to purchase the monthly pass. & everyone thinks someone hand washed my car. (That’s how good of a job it did) definitely recommend.

Great place to wash ur car

Overall a good wash. Be careful and make sure to check your car over at the vacuums when you get out, My side skirts had been popped out of the clips. It just required me to press them back in, but luckily I spotted it before driving off. Just something to look out for. As far as vacuum is concerned it goes as long as you want, but suction cups to any surface and can be a hassle with the long plastic rod of a handle to get into some spaces in a smaller car. Maybe a possibility for the owner to get different tips for some of the vacuums.

I have a 2016 F150 in white, needless to say its hard to keep clean. I spring for the 12 wash about once a week so I feel like I know what to expect. The car wash does a great job, my tires and chrome look really good when Im done there. I have a chrome tool box and it looks almost polished when it comes out. I appreciate the free vacuums and free bug prep station, the little coarse bug sponge does a great job. My only two cons I guess would be that the wash leaves my tailgate a little dirty and around the badging and door handles could be a little cleaner. Im not complaining though, it is a hands free wash and I think some of these reviewers are expecting the same result as if you sat in your driveway for two hours and washed it. Rainforest makes sure my truck looks great for when my boss is around. He doesnt inspect my company vehicle but you know hes checking it out when he stops in the parking lot.

Its a nice car wash, but a bit pricey compared to, for example, MooMoo car wash. A light at the end stating when you are done so that you can put the car in drive would be quite helpful.

Showed up last Friday for an oil change. They drained my oil and refilled before replacing the filter. They also asked me to pay before the service was complete. Turns out the could not get the filter off. After I heard the heavy set white guy say all he knew to do was to start hacking away at it I told them to give me the new filter and my brother would put it on. I would never go back. I only have one star because Google made me lol

Honestly I’m at this place right now and I’m ready to complain. FIRST OF ALL there are no signs to help you know which way is in or out. SECOND the staff member told me to put my car in neutral which I know how to do bc I get my car washed all the time and I guess something on the outside was wrong... so the staff member basically looked at my like I was stupid and kept holding her hand to the sign that explains how to do the car wash. This car wash is not my favorite. The only thing I like is that the soap was thick
