The service technicial arrived when they said. He was very cordial and likable. But it was clear that our washer was more complex than his skill level covered. He was honest to admit that and he noted that he could recommend another person who could service it, And did not charge for the visit.

We have a 3yo $ 2500 Samsung refrigerator that stopped cooling. I called several service companies and was told that they dont service Samsung refrigerator. Finally Quincy from appkiance repair agreed to take a look. He came on time and fixed our refrigerator in an hour. So far its working fine. I will update if this changes. Prices were very genuine. Highly recommend him.
