Incredible service! Very professional and respond quickly when contacted. I used them for security as well as audiovisual. Very pleased and I highly recommend!!

This afternoon I contacted AVS to establish an appointment for my security system. AVS Hattiesburg, installed this system in 2013. As background on what has transpired with this company over the years let me give you some really interesting info. First, when one of the owners entered my home for the first time to give me an estimate on the cost of a system, he asked what I wanted a system for, “to catch people busting our pumpkins?”, it was just before Halloween. Now, since this is a public forum I will not go into the reasons that we would need our home secured, but if you are selling a system should it really matter? You should be using every opportunity to convince potential clients that you need their system and services. We were promised that we would be able to view from remote locations, that never happened. We went in person to discuss several problems we were still having and most of the conversation was about the “big” jobs they were doing for a local celebrity. Today we were told that because of the HUGE projects they have going on currently, it is going to be a month and a half before they will be able to address issues we are having with our system. The person answering the phone told me that since I was having a tizzy that I should look for someone else to work on my system. Not once in the conversation did I lose my cool, so I believe they have decided that we are no longer worth the time or effort. SO BUYER BEWARE!!We paid over 6000 for this system. But that wasn’t enough to be treated as a valued customer.

Just had an amazing customer service experience with Chris. He was very knowledgeable, helped me with my problem, and provided a solution. Can’t beat that!

Ive dealt with several home automation specialist with less than impressive results. Dan, Seth, and the entire team at AVS have been the exception. They are wonderful to work with. They put a lot of thought into the projects they do, are fair with their pricing/hours billed, and most importantly,I feel comfortable having them in my home doing the work. They are always professional and always clean up after themselves. Thanks to AVS, I have a fully automated home that is incredible!
