I waited more than 2 months to hear from the repair man. Made several calls to the store about getting my washer repaired and did not ever receive a call back. In the past, I have purchased every appliance I own here but I will no longer be doing business in this store as it has became clear to me you do not need my business. Today I purchased a new washing machine from a different store.

Have used Rogers for over 30 years! Every item purchased has been top quality and built to last! Staff is very friendly and responsive. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Recently had my dishwasher fail and it smells awful so finding a replacement as soon as possible was my top priority. I asked around and had Rogers recommended to me as the best local option. I called them up and found several good option they had in stock and was able to purchase and pickup that day for a competitive price. Thats hard for a small local business to do so I appreciate that greatly. They also service everything they sell, which was also a factor in my buying decision. Their showroom is clean and well kept and Leonard was helpful and knowledgeable. Thats all you can ask for in my book.

My mother-in-law purchased a refrigerator over 4 months ago from Rogers. When they delivered it they scratched the door on the refrigerator. They said they ordered a new door but after more than 4 months they still have not replaced it and they cannot tell her when it will be replaced.

I took apart the washer to troubleshoot the spin cycle not working. Which always takes longer than the guys on YouTube say it will. They said it was a simple fix. Well i took it apart and found out the coupler and pressure hose were good. As it turns out it all i needed was to call Pam at Rogers! She suggested one other thing! Saved me a bunch of time and money! With a new baby saving time and money goes a long ways! After calling a half dozen places Rogers gets my vote for the best place in town!

Nice people but over promise and under deliver on products. Paid for a freezer was given multiple dates would be in and did not show up. Was promised another date still nothing. Did refund money. Thanks for the false hope and wasted time.

Have bought appliances from Rogers for years. Ive never been disappointed. Top notch office staff, sales staff and delivery personnel. They also service what they sale. You cant go wrong at Rogers

Longtime business of Hastings offering some Electronics and Appliances, great location, small business, does offer repair service in-store and on site. Has some good sales but can be pricey.

They had the special bulb on hand for the microwave range hood that I needed. The price was decent too.

Was lied to stating even though my Washer purchased there was only four years old and parts werent available anymore and three different times someone would be contact with me which never happened and then was a recall issue Commitments were made never met and then lied too I and my family has done business with Rogers However its obvious you dont need our Business went threw another company and order parts and washer is working and no more Rogers SAD
