In a nutshell, working with John Morgan was like having someone on our payroll.John was working non-stop for us.We were living in a different state when we decided to move to Hastings and inadvertently connected to John when viewing local listings. He texted immediately and offered to show us houses - we didn’t respond to the text, but two weeks later when we were ready to travel to Hastings to view houses, we responded to his text. He made himself available right away to search and show us houses. We looked at 13 houses during the course of the weekend - and I think he would have shown us 50 if it meant finding the right house.He negotiated for us; arranged the inspection and when repairs were needed as a result, he managed having the work estimated and completed before we moved to town.We can’t say enough about John Morgan and we would definitely recommend him to anyone searching for or selling a house.
