Great customer serviceVery honest. I went in to have a ring resized and after the jeweler looked at it, he said he didnt feel comfortable sizing it down that much. I was disappointed but very happy with his honesty. He could have done just for the money but didnt. Highly recommend this place.

Johnson Jewelers goes the extra mile! My 99 yr old dads wedding ring became too loose for him to wear. His mobility is challenged, but the staff at Johnson Jewelers offered to come out to the car to refit dads ring. They quickly placed a spacer to slightly adjust the ring to fit more snuggly. After 75 years, dad was happy to have it back on his finger. Thank you!

Great store, amazing prices such kind hearted nice honest people, helped me fit my watch same day for a very good price and then did a truly amazing job with my wifes wedding band they re sized it and cleaned it free of charge the ring looked amazing and at a very fair price (best we could find) highly recommend for any jewelry needs in that whole area they are worth a drive as well if youre a little further away like we are cool town to visit as well

I have been going to Johnsons for years. I have always had great customer service. They have an excellent selection and the prices are good. I love jewelry and I stop in a lot of places, but I always seem to end up at Johnsons. Its nice to be able to walk into a store and feel comfortable. I would trust them with any of my jewelry! A great experience. Their shop is clean and well lit. I purchased a ring at another store and RL Johnson sized it for a low cost, they also fixed my boyfriends necklace that snapped ( also purchased elsewhere). I brought a watch in to get links removed and the salesman was quick and professional. He resized my watch and changed the date for me at no charge. They are great and very friendly.
