I have very very weird thoughts about this facility. The counselor in this facility did wonders for my mom, and she helped her become a better person without a doubt. The other things in this facility don’t make much sense. First, why do they take a percentage rate out of paychecks instead of a fixed amount? People can make and have to pay quadruple what others make. Second, why can’t they take a phone call regarding a situation and not hang up on the person? My mom got discharged for a “diluted sample”, and I would take my moms word for days and weeks that it was nothing intentional. Very weird events lead up to her discharge of the facility.

I feel like i should definitely write a post, I hope more alumni will do the same. For me the experience i had at the bridge was amazing. Its not easy living with that many women! However when it comes to the staff i believe they really do care about the people that come in. I read some of the other reviews and was shocked to see that they had that kind of experience. I dont know their situation so i wont comment on that.When I went to the bridge i was ready to change and although i might have had a few setbacks i really felt supported and cared about while i was there. Its not going to be easy its a treatment facility theres going to be some bumps in the road.

This is an amazing place, it has been a life changing experience. The Bridge has taught me how to love myself, compassion towards others and a new way to live. The counselors and techs go beyond the terms of unconditional love.

This is a wonderful drug and alcohol treatment center for women and children. The bridge has been around for a long time in Hastings and has been located in several areas currently they are housed in a older building that I believe used to be a nursing home. It needs a lot of updates and TLC that because the bridge is funding doesnt allow it it stands as is. The bridge has been a great success rate and wonderful caring staff during and after care.

Horrible treatment center. They’re manipulative and pin the stupidest stuff on you. My mom got discharged for supposedly lying, despite the fact that my foster mom confirmed what she was saying as true. Highly recommend Saint Monica’s in Lincoln Nebraska instead. Disappointed in this facility.

This place is BULLSHIT!! I got out of treatment and went here after my battle with valium and hydrocodone. They tapered me off both after a week in treatment, took my last medicine 30 days before I got out. I went in being accused of using for a whole 2 weeks stay there and kept me from my head meds for a week thinking that was the reason why I kept coming up positive for benzos. Come to find out benzos can stay in your system for more than 40 days. Having them call cps on me because I was irritable, clearly because they kept my head meds from me, I wasnt only being accused of benzos but concerns about my parenting. This right here is not a good place. I can honestly say im sill clean and going strong not letting a place like this ruin my life when they are supposed to care and help people. They just left me homeless. GET YOUR FACTS BEFORE TRYING TO RUIN SOMEBODYS LIVES, I MEAN REALLY!!!!! Its bad enough trying to raise my child, not only staying clean, but having to do it with half my body crushed by a huge truck that I was ejected from in an horrible accident that almost killed me. I want help and I get screwed for not doing anything wrong, but just trying to have a safe wonderful life sober.
