I definitely feel taken advantage of as someone who doesnt know cars. When I asked that they look into why my ac didnt work I was told my air compressor was broken and Id have to buy a new one and with labor it would be over 900 dollars. So I said I cant do that and went 3 weeks in over 90 degree heat. My friend is a mechanic and checked it out and said my air compressor is running fine, I just needed a charge(wich they said they did and that it still didnt work). 20 dollars later, I have ac again. Never going back.

I have used the wash when I needed something quick. I will NEVER be back. I recently used the car wash this past weekend and it was a disaster!! Their hydraulic lines broke and literally washed my truck with hydraulic fluid...called the emergency line, No one picked up..fine I swung around and payed more to hand wash it. Still never came out. I called and spoke to someone the following business day. They explained its old and lines sometimes break and returned my $10. Im not mad it sprayed my car, things happen. Im mad because they showed no effort to fix the problem or a sorry. Im now 7 washes deep and the hydraulic fluid is STILL on my windows. I let them know that day it was still on my truck but they didnt seem to care.They should have offered car washes until the fluid was off. TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

Very happy they updated their guns/chemicals. Best wash in the area! Now if they could add a damn card reader! Its 2021, I shouldnt have to carry quarters to keep my car clean. 😭 ($5 minimum... Higher average sale, more time washing, less anxiety hearing beeping.)

Excellent, our car was a mess and came out looking like I had just picked it up new from the dealer.
