The two gentlemen who did the work were excellent - I didnt get their names. Very customer service focused. They made sure I knew exactly what they were doing. Even explained that sometimes a few days later deep stains will pop up after cleaning the carpet. They told me that if that happened to call and they would come back to work on it.In addition to the air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning they were able to add cleaning my dryer vent. Yay, three projects on my Home Projects list DONE! Next will be car detailing.

All I can say is WOW! We had a very large sectional, two thick and large area rugs, and a carpeted living room cleaned by Kurt from McCreary’s. The living room carpet had stains left from the previous owner- we moved in in 2013 and I had no hope that those stains would come out, but Kurt got them out no problem! I thought we’d have to tear the carpet out but now it literally looks like new again! The area rugs had become a dingy beige in the areas that had a cream colored pattern, and now that pattern is nearly a bright white, also like new! Sectional is still drying but from what I can see all the kids stains from the last five years are gone. The couch is a light khaki color so I’m very impressed with the stain removal. Previously we’d rented carpet cleaning equipment, used our own Hoover carpet cleaner, and paid modernistic to come out and clean our carpeting. None of these attempts at cleaning came close to how McCreary’s performed- we are ready to book our next cleaning for the upstairs carpeting! Very very pleased, thank you Kurt for your professionalism, kindness, hard work, and the awesome results!

Great experience, the guys who came (Bill & Andrew) couldnt have been nicer. The price for duck cleaning was very reasonable compared to others I looked at. They also cleaned carpets for me and were able to remove pet stains I have been trying for a year to remove. Highly recommend!

I initially had some difficulty with scheduling and customer service. However, I was contacted by the owner and they came to my house the next day to make sure I was taken care of. Turns out there was a mix up with the company that is contracted to do online scheduling, so it wasnt really their fault.My carpets looks great! As I watched the cleaning process I could see there is much more that went into it than what I have experienced with other companies like Modernistic or Stanley. I have 3 young children, and the toy room carpet was coated with ground in food, dirt, and baby spit up. Now it looks like new, and I feel better knowing that the cleaning also took care of invisible bacteria that was surely lurking there.I will definitely have them back for carpet cleaning, and am hoping to book some other services. However, I do plan to call on the phone to set up the appointment. :)

We are VERY happy with our recent experience with this company. They were able to come out within a week of us calling. The receptionist worked hard to give us the best deal for the services we requested (there were multiple promotions at the time). She was very friendly and accommodating! Joe and Dan, our cleaning technicians, were really easygoing, down to earth guys. They have a great understanding of their air duct and carpet cleaning process. Our house feels so much cleaner now! The only thing that would’ve made the experience better would be to have a heads up about any additional disinfecting costs for the carpet. We recently bought the house from a family with 4 dogs and 2 kids- so we knew there were stains! We were happy to pay the extra money- just- for us carpet cleaning newbies, it would be great if the receptionist could ask about stains and warn about additional costs involved. In the end, they actually gave us an extra discount and a free bottle of cleaning solution without us even asking. Everyone we interacted with was wonderful and we will definitely be using this company for all of our future carpet/air duct cleaning needs!

The workers were friendly and professional. We appreciate the work they did, and hope we have less dust moving around our house now..For further reference, customers would appreciate that when a lot of dust/dirt settles under where the cold air vents are blown out, it be vacuumed or swept off of surfaces. This was not a problem in every room, but in the living room where the cold air vent was taken off above a cabinet, there was a lot of debris left behind..Overall we are *very* satisfied and will use Mccrearys for other services in the future..

I used most all their services as I had a bat infestation in the living areas of my house. They did an excellent job, nothing was damaged and I have delicate upholstery, drapes and rugs. The crew showed up on time and called to let me know precisely when they would arrive. They then thoroughly cleaned carpet and furniture. Staff were fast but did quality work. Very careful to protect any woodwork or wood floors. When they were finished their cleaned everything up. A couple of our vents are not easy to get to either but they managed and did a great job!We had one little issue that we were concerned about after they left. I had an expensive area rug that had been been stained in several places by my dog when she got very ill. McCreary did a wonderful job of restoring this rug almost completely back to its original state, even though it required obtaining special supplies and cleaning both sides. Very happy customer!

We had a green slime ball break on a large area rug. Kevin not only got the mess cleaned up, you cannot tell which 3 square foot corner of the rug was slimed.We will continue to use McCrearys for all of our cleaning needs they provide.

We had McCrearys clean some carpet after my grand cat had some accidents on it. The got all the stains out of it without issue. We also had a parlor love seat that I had them clean the upholstery. They did a great job on that too. It was an old piece of furniture and had many water stains on it. I recommend them and will use them in the future.
