My son loves kumon! We go every Monday, Thursday, and some Saturday’s when we can. He’s been learning so much and improved in his skills very much. Everyone there is nice and helps in every way.

Our three children have been attending the Hasbrouck Heights Kumon center for almost 9 years. Within no time, we stopped helping them with their school math home works. Over the years, they scored top in their respective classes. Above all, last year my daughter got admission at the prestigious Bergen Academy, and this year, my son got into Academies at Englewood. I am happy and proud to say that we are indebted to Kumon Hasbrouck Heights for their Math confidence. Our sincere thanks to our friend Ms. Harpreet Kaur and her team for all their help and support.

I am so happy with the progress that my 5 year old is making with his math and reading. With the schools being virtual, it was impacting his learning, but this has been the best decision that I have made. I highly recommend the Kumon Center of Hasbrouck Heights! Ms Harpreet and her staff are quite dedicated in their work of teaching kids and keeping a track of their progress.Personally, I feel that it is a learning curve for both the parents and the children. Kumon requires efforts on both ends (parents/child) and its only then the teachers and the Kumon method can benefit your childs academic progress.People imagining magic to happen without their own time investment wouldnt be benefitted. Atleast the initial few weeks are tough and then the child becomes self sufficient.It was fun learning from the teachers and with the recent pandemic situation, my son and I also became familiar with the remote learning platforms and their proper usage (zoom sessions). Infact, I am more than prepared for my son to start kindergarten this Fall in a remote manner. All thanks to Ms Harpreet and her team who provided services five days in a week without any extra charges during the pandemic.

We are so glad that we enrolled our daughter at the Kumon center of Hasbrouck Heights.They have a great inspiring team lead by Mrs.Kaur. I must say they have great patients too.They continue to excel in their teaching both in classroom and online. 5 days a week  really helped us in a great way. In that regard I commend them for the way in which they had positively responded to the pandemic.Our daughter has become a reflective learner and loves to do her worksheets without being told. I love the way she prefers doing her worksheets online with the teachers.I highly recommend Kumon center of Hasbrouck Heights.

I love how kumon takes care of the students. I am very proud of the improvement that my children have had in school. I love how she takes some time out of her day and give the ability to for my children to be face to face with her over a zoom call, whenever they need help she and her crew are their to help!

My Daughter has picked up in both Math & Reading, Mrs. Kaur is thorough professional and their worksheets are what makes the difference in Kids approach. Its been challenging times with COVID-19, but their remote offerings via Zoom kept the Kids engaged similar to classroom learning!!!

Overpriced for the service. The instructor simply gives 2 packets a day and expects the children to understand magically. Very little help is given if at all. Grades didnt improve for my son, I recommend just going to Khan Academy and learning there. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!

Have worked here for several years and can say that Mrs. Harpreet takes attention to detail and takes pride in the success of her students. While many have struggled to transition into an online learning environment, Kumon seems to have adapted well and is able to cater to the individual.

You will find the work quality and how the center has adjusted due to Covid-19 very impressive. The zoom calls are an efficient alternative for all the students and that is all thanks to how Mrs. Harpreet and her staff have seamlessly transition to working online. We have been sending our children here for the past one year. They have progressed quite well in maths and this is also reflected in their academic performance at school. Mrs Kaur is an excellent teacher, very committed and patient. Both our daughters love coming here!

Kumon has done it’s best to adjust during this pandemic. Due to the circumstances, tutoring is being held on zoom call session which have helped many student continue receiving the help they need. Mrs. Harpreet and the staff members are going above and beyond to give students the undivided attention they need in order to learn. Just as much as the staff members are putting their part to help out, so have the parents at home with their child/ren. Everyone is doing their part and helping out as much as they can. Horrible! Instructor is super disrespectful and does not treat you like a valued customer but rather someone to scam you out of 240 dollars every month. I do not recommend this place at all!

My childs math skills improved significantly after being enrolled in Kumon. She managed to enter into math honors class in middle school. The center director is great!

My son is in first grade. After dealing with a loss this year, he’s been struggling with reading. In April I was informed about possible retention. That’s when I enrolled him in Kumon. Since April he has gone up two reading levels, putting him at the level he should be at. We’ve also been informed of the decision to promote him to second grade! All this success in only two months!!

Our kids have been attending Kumon of Hasbrouck Heights since they were 3.5 yrs of age. Now they are 7 and 10. They are ahead of their classmates in every subject. We know its due to Ms. Harpreet and her staff, who have motivated our kids to learn. The Kumon at Hasbrouck Heights is fantastic. Not just only from the staff but it all comes from the instructor. Mrs. Harpreet is an excellent teacher and mentor for the students. She takes pride in what she does and pays close attention to each progress of the students. If you need assistance, there is no hesitation to approach her. She responds to emails in a quick manner as well. Overall, her dedication to the center definitely shows, not just through the work ethic but also through the way the students show their progression.

This is a very good Math and Reading learning center. The Instructor is quite knowledgeable and dedicated. She understands the need of the student at the center and is approachable .The staff is also very good.The program has boosted the confidence level of my child and now he understands the concepts well.

I am amazed by the way Kumon hasbrouck has responded to this pandemic situation and they seem to have things in control. Definitely, its not an easy situation to tackle with students when they are not available in person but Miss harpreet and team has pulled it together and specifically Miss Harpreet strived for her students and pays attention to each and every detail. She was the resaon i have enrolled my son for this center. Unfortunately i am moving out of town and my son would miss her and this center.Kudos to the Hasbrouck team for all their effort. We have been going to this center for more than a year, well placed, courteous people, efficiently run by Ms. Harpreet Kaur. I like the way my kid develops the habit of practice and discipline to do a task daily without fail.

No doubt, Mrs Harpreet is the best instructor.My kids started kumon at the age of 4 and 7.I was very hesitant when i first visited the place.she assured me if i give her sometime she will show me the results.Thank god i enrolled my kids at that time and after that my kids always stayed above their grade level.Now my son is in high school and he got accepted into both bergentech and englewood acedemy.i give all the credit to harpreet who gave individual attention to my child and always encouraged him to stay focused.i am really thankful to all the teachers at kumon and specially Mrs Harpreet.if i have the option of giving 10 stars i will do that.

I am leaving this review because of my son. Johnson. Right now hes multiplying fractions and his school is not even teaching that yet. Im not giving the staff the thanks,but also Ms. Harpreet. I remember when my child first joined this Kumon under Mrs. Harpreet’s supervision, she was terrified of the extra work load and the thought of her having to work even harder than before in order to be successful in her studies. But Mrs. Harpreet, with her incredible teaching techniques and genuine care for her students, taught her to love the effort for the outcome. Now my child is thriving off her academic achievements and feels better than ever about the obstacles present in school. Mrs. Harpreet and the Kumon of Hasbrouck Heights is truly the best Kumon Center possible for your child.

Been here since I was a young child at the age of 7 and thanks to Kumon and Ms.Harpreet I have learned so much and so much more beyond what is expected from students at a normal/average level. My daughter Ruuhee has taken off after joining kumon. Ms Harpreet and team are on top of everything. I am just grateful and thankful that I found them. When I went for the initial orientation session ( which Ms harpreet runs every sat at 1PM) I was impressed by her attention to detail. I had choices, I couldnt have joined other kumon centers... but her approach and readiness to answer questions and her staff.... all made me feel that this is the place to be. I can go on an on.... they are just amazing and they truly care of the kids.
